Easy way to get a Wyvern:

Find a Wyvern trench

Get a pteranodon (high stamina 600+)

Rest on the edge and look for eggs

When your stamina is full, dart towards the egg, snatch it, and leg it towards the exit

Plop the egg down at your base and get a long ranged weapon

Go back to the trench and find some female Wyverns (or alphas)

Hit them once with your ptera and run (or just lead them away)

Land your ptera and shoot the wyvern (females have to be knocked out and alphas have to be killed)

Take the milk

If it’s female and high level, leave it so it can hatch some high level eggs for you to steal

Fly away with the wyvern milk and raise a bat on steroids:)

Existe uma técnica muito fácil pra roubar ovos de Wyvern que eu mesmo inventei.

Se no mapa que você estiver, tiver Dinopitecus (aquele babuíno gigante) é tudo que você vai precisar.

Dome um de level mediano, não precisa de sela, tem bastante estamina, escala paredes, é rápido e pula longas distâncias.

Acredite, no mapa lost Island todos os ovos de Wyverns que roubei foram com meu Dinopitecus com certa facilidade inclusive.

Basta você pegar o ovo e sair correndo, quando ver que o dragão se aproxima de um salto para longe e continue a correr.

Para domar um coloque carne no último slot de itens e alimente o de forma passiva, lembre-se que se ele estiver perto de outros pode ficar agressivo ou outros podem te atacar, então limpe a área quando avistar um que quiser domar. Há bastante deles na floresta vermelha próximo ao centro do mapa.

For some wyverns you don’t necessarily NEED wyvern milk to imprint them or get them to adulthood. I have two wyverns currently, that have not needed wyvern milk and are currently adults rn. Though it might look like their food levels are dangerously low, do not stress out much, Bc they will survive( I have all my world multipliers at default), I had to walk one to imprint and the other I had to pet it

This is cool but I really need to get a boat so you can go to the lost Island so I can get a queen one but you need to level up so you can upgrade your player

If your baby Wyvern asks for Wyvern Milk put them and cryo pod then throw them out to change what the baby wants for an imprint.

When getting s wyvern egg the best bird to use is a tapejara

Use a griffin to land in nest and quickly grab egg, when flying away continuously use the swoop. The wyverns will stop chasing you pretty soon after.

I recently did this at first I got hit by a lightning wyvern but after I got to the valley next to the ravine I was safe. Pretty easy if you do it right.

i found out a really easy way to tame on a non dedicated!

1. make sure you’re with the server host

2. tame an expendable argy

3. have the host ride the argy and pick up a partner/you/etc

4. have the host drop the partner in a nest

5. have the host kill themselves

when the host respawns, the partner will get teleported out of aggro distance

there you go! you got an egg!

now go tame a deodon. they spawn right near the scar

Use a giga and a flyer. Fly the wyvefns to the giga so the gigs can kill the wyverns then fly back and grab the egg fly back to the gigs and use it to kill any chasers

Me and my friend were playing and we learned something. We got all three wyvern, and to us, poison is the best. With its acid spit, it killed almost everything we tried with it. A lot of people say fire is the best but to ya we think it’s poison.

Never, ever try to knock a lightning wyvern, unless you have one. Also avoid giving up to the temptation of poison wyverns, their lead is perfect despite the slow speed of the projectile.

Best bets lie within Fire Wyverns, as long as you manage to dodge most spits it should take more shoots to kill your mount than Poison ones take to kill you.

Sadly I’ve not tested a lot, nor done a full cahrt of it, but it seems wyvern will consume less food the older it gets. When it was newly hatched it consumed 0.1 food per second, whilst when I was caring for it at 80% maturation the consuption had dropped to 0.1 food per 5 seconds. This means that the older it gets, the longer 1 mill will keep it fed (from max 200 minutes as baby, and 1000 minutes adolescent)

Bring you’re friend drop him in a nest and run come back wait till he grabs the egg and drop him in his underwere in the desert and fly prity bird fly once if he dies wait till th wyvern goes away and quickly loot him and run as fast as possible if close

Grapple the wyvern to avoid any damage

When hunting for milk, make sure to dart a female fire wyvern. They have the shortest breath attack(distance and duration) and if they get close enough to bite you just turn sharply. It'll give you a little more room to stay ahead.

Careful dropping eggs on bare ground while surrounded by fires, they will fall through through the ground occasionally so build a foundation just in case.

Egg incubation. Use fireplaces instead of pits. Line a small room 2x3 of fireplaces filled with spark powder. Makes it so much easier to fill them, not get burned by stepping on them by accident(course I was stepping on them because my room was too small lol) but the fireplaces look nicer too.
