When hatching the egg make sure to have people with you. You can always solo but it's way easier with other people. Prepare for sleepless nights and constant worrying when you have to leave because these guys take 4 days to fully raise. You want to get as many imprints as possible which varies from taking them on a walk by whistle following and walking around, cuddling which just requires the simple button press of Triangle( I don't know Xbox or PC Controls) or hand feeding wyvern milk. Wait what wyvern milk, yes. There is a simple trap which can be found on YouTube. To make your life easier place a windmill( not a generator the break over time in scorched no reason to waste resources fixing it and supplying gas) right next to a stone pillar or a stone foundation with a wall on it, place a keypad so you can easily open and close the behemoth gate. Then simply find a femal wyvern and knock it out and grab the milk and go. Hope this helps and good luck.

Try to bola one, with a chain bola when escaping whilst your friend flys the bird.

Never do this alone.. Always have a buddy to close a door or hit a switch, otherwise it might be a long day for you!

Milk is used every 2 hours or so and is for imprinting

Several turrets set to wilds can easily take out an alpha Wyvern. Alphas drop a ton of milk, perfect for taming multiple Wyverns at once. The catch: hoping for an alpha so you don't have to cage a female;)

Might as well make your incubation chamber next to your dragon catcher. Make sure its 21 blocks away so lightning wyvers elemental attack wont hit you. Milk wont waste.

I recommend having a guy carrying you on a argy and you shooting at the wyvern and when it goes down loot your milk then run!!!

The best wyvern to knock out (if you don't have wyvern knock out penn) is female poison wyvern, because the poison projectile can't move as fast as you out fly the wyvern (200 on argent or 240 on tapejar)

Set up a hatchery, with preserving boxes, vessels, and refridgerators. Be prepared with plenty of tranq arrows, and preferably a mc or acendant crossbow, also set alarms on your phone so you can keep up with imprinting.

I find that the easiest way to get the egg is just taming a low level Argy and pumping it to about 250 movement speed

If your going to steal an egg, be prepared to lose a bird or a few. Also be prepared to die or at the least get stuck at the bottom of the cavern and hoping to die. It's not fun but once you finally find an egg (which are too darn rare for the risk you take to get down there) then you feel like everything is worth it. Except the fact you can't breed them. But hey if you could there'd be to much unlimited power.

Never be level 1 with only a picaxe or level 22 with. A crossbow

First build a trap out of pillers and cellings there is some great ideas on utube once built you will need a large breeding pen as these grow in no time, make sure you have atleast 12 ac units or 25 campfires to incubate the eggs. They require wyvern milk every 2-3 hours at first depending on the level so for the first couple of days it's best to keep a female in the trap without leaving rendering distance. Shifts make this alot easier. Good luck

The Wyvern is better to hatch in batches, rather than by itself. This is because the whole taming process takes 100 hours. Make sure to also stock up on wyvern milk, which is achievable from killing Alpha Wyvern, or by knocking out regular wyverns and then milking them.

I would use a tapenjara with at least 240% speed because they are more maneuverable then a argentavis and then have another player on the ground with tranq darts or arrows to knock it out when the player and the tapenjara distract the wyvern

An easy way to knock a wyvern out if you don't want to build a pen is to have a rock golem and let it attack the golem and you and your friends can knock it out.

All ways have a jerboa with you to tell the weather before engaging on getting the milk or killing a wyvern. I recommend having a argent with movement speed 210% for egg runs 180% speed is the lowest for milk runs. it best to have a trap or a friendly tribe who do and always have traq arrows for knocking out and/or flames arrows for killing a wyvern I recommend getting poison or fire wyvern to knock out as the fire have a short distance and poison is easy to avoid their shots. for egg runs I recommend to have two people if your agrent only have like 180-195 movement speed as one person can get the egg put in the argent Inv and the other person will get away without a problem as the person who got the egg will get killed
