If you go in the north of the wyvern trench in Ragnar then you'll find a flat area with two nests a bit above the lava flow,it's pretty easy to get an egg from there

Use a pig to heal it if you have trouble with getting milk.

Okay as far as milk goes you can use barrels. They last a couple of days. Better way an ice wyvryn. They are refrigerators. There are always people giving them away. The milk will last 4 days. It will keep anything perishable and add more time to decay timers. Portable refrigerators. Doesn't matter what level. They can hold a large amount. You want to maybe invest in some bison. Not only do they feed wyvryns it will advance their growth by 10 percent it's really cool. So if the cute wyv asks for wyv milk give it bison milk and watch it grow in front of your eyes. You can use bison milk throughout the growing process. If you are good on a wyv find an alpha kill it and you will receive 50 wyv milk for doing so. Make sure your inv is not Blackboxed on wyv. You will need to find bag if so on ground. And for your own mortality make sure your wyv has stamina on it. My wyvs have no less than 3500 stam and 20000 health and 1500 plus melee. That took me a min to do and can be done with much lower stats. Just a pain to run out of stamina. I fight in air clear out rhe cave and take on 15 wyvs at a time. Just takes practice. It's do able don't give up cause you will die many times. Gl out there

These are a hard dino to get you cant tame them so you have to steal there egg super easy if you have a friend and 2 dinos a giga and a desmodus or any fast flying dino so grab the egg and fky behind the gigas tail thw wyvern will agro to giga then your friend will kill the wyverns and then do that again and again

If without a friend put the giga to a easy access spot and then hop off the desmodus and hop on giga and kill them simple

Build a metal 4x4 base with two auto turrets on top… couple hundred ammo by the trench opening…. Go retrieve egg from trench on high health high stamina argie or PT & book it back to the base. Turrets will take care of them pretty quickly and can even handle alphas. Can use same method with tranq turrets if you need milk.

If you need to avoid a lightning one just fly away then turn and fly towards the mouth then at the last second go below it

All you need is a maewing and snow owl and you be good, the meeting takes care of it and the owl heals it, it's the perfect combo.

If you have an oviraptor grab the egg for you then you grab it out of their hands it doesn't aggro the wyverns btw this works on any tame similar to wyverns like deinonychus and rock drakes

I got me plenty since! Use a ptera and do a couple of barrel rolls through trees and tight spaces and you'll be fine getting away! Just make sure you have a ptera with over 1000 stamina, egg grabbing is a breeze :)

To steal an egg now I would suggest transferring a good ptera with 800+ stamina and enough weight to carry an egg. Build a good wyvern trap right beside an egg spawn and you will be fine. Once your first wyvern is raised, you can outrun all but alphas ^.^

If u take a maewing and go to poison wyvern cave on fjordur you can steel the egg and hide under water

On Fjourdur, bring a Desmodus at night and go invisble. Grab the egg, leave the game, and join back. Hop back on your Desmodus and go back invisible. No wyverns will be aggro'd and you dont even have to die in the process.

I think i made big mistake in Fjordur... i saw a fire wyvern strayed from the nest and got picked by nearby Giga. So, i jumped on my fast Griffin, dove down, baited all remanded wyverns to Giga spot, worked like a charm, picked up all 5 eggs included lvl 185 without a sweat.

And then, i returned to the site 2 days later just to found it totally empty, both Giga and Wyverns disappeared... no more milk to raise the wyvern...

I returned 3 more times, built a wyvern trap for milking, the wyverns just gone and never come back... i guess both of them and Giga got glitch out of the map, likely under some magma river...

Just got all my loot back while half frozen and to heavy to move, it was a big fight hardly lived but killed the only remaining wyvern. How is this egg still in my inventory????

If you are going on meat runs with it, be sure to land then use it as a ground Dino, use your special attack (elemental) then munch it whilst walking

Highest level egg you can find (from my experience) is a 190. I'm currently raising a beautiful 190 poison wyvern I hatched not too long ago.

When egg hunting set up a pill box (6 steel walls, 1 steel ceiling, 3 auto turrets, 1 steel door frame and one reinforced door) set turrets to target wild creatures throw in 1k bullets and lead the wyverns into the danger zone

For ice wyvern on rag simply have a friend lure the wyvern away if you are doing the spawn near Viking bay than have them hide with pt in the tower near the bridge over vegars chasm if they stay in the side touching the cliff it shouldn’t be able to hit them
