Vultures are really good at attacking go into ragnarok/scorched earth and tame abought 20 then go home and consitnly bread til i have abought 35 if there good they can shred through everthing i do this and ive killed brontos rexs and ive only had 4 ever die and they were lv 12 and 16

Always take mine with me. It saved my butt at the wyvern trench. Killed a lvl 50 lightning wyvern.

These things can just up and turn Rex’s to DUST.

I don't care who you are, vultures are awesome, they increase spoil time when stuff is in their inventory and can stack prime when harvesting, seriously.

Just discovered how to make the Vulture carry things besides spoiled meat! (Tested on ASE)

Step 1: Tame a fodder dino with low health/damage like a Dodo or Jerboa

Step 2: Load up the temporary tame with the items you want into the Vulture

Step 3: Put a Vulture with Neutral or Attack Target on your shoulder

Step 4: Make the temporary tame Aggressive and promptly unclaim it

Step 5: When the freed tame attacks you, it’ll get killed by the Vulture and its contents will end up in the Vulture’s inventory!

Ideally this should be done away from other tames or turrets. Vultures don’t seem to follow direct “Attack Target” commands, so this is really the only way to get them to attack foes. Useful for preserving things it normally wouldn’t eat, like Prime Fish Meat, Berries/Vegetables, and (unconfirmed but I might test it) perhaps even Wyvern Milk!

Killed a lv 135 alpha raptor with them + a couple alpha rexes

Whistle commands didn't work on it to attack other wild dinos for me. It only helped me when I/it get attacked. Not sure if it's just me.

You can kill a low lvl dragon whit 3 vultures

They won't "attack target" by comand they only retaliate after you or another dino you have gets attacked mix in other flyers like diamorph into the pack to initiate attacks.

This may be surprising, but the vulture makes a good caving Dino, as it can fit on your shoulder, making it able to enter any cave, and if you pump high damage, it can also attack from your shoulder

Very good fighter, saved me from a scorpion when it knocked me out

Vultures make excellent cave companions! Take 3 to 5 high level ones while using sword and shield and you're practically waltzing to any artifact you're after!

Best defense against flying enemy attacks today i tamed 8 in 15 minutes put them out side and some raiders on moths and argies died and there birds died too i got all my loot back from there last raid and more i subjest everyone get a bit of them and put them in or out side bases

turn off resource gathering when traveling with vultures. they can get too heavy to fly

If your on pvp a good way to defend is with a lot of these so you can have time to get ready and fight cause it would be a great distraction

Great carnivore taming companion. Let vulture harvest an ovis and you got 2 hrs of raw mutton. Usually harvest 20-30 mutton from 1 ovis.

These guys plus dimorphs will obliterate anything that they are commanded to. Great for caving and base defense.

Does not listen to whistle attack target

I made a tower covered in Dino gates and connected to the main base. Had 30 in there on aggressive, if you get raided pin code the doors to all open at once and 30 vultures fly out. Great thing is they attack the rider first and in a big group can wreck everything
