More Vulture Encountering Tips
Bruh, These are on Fjordur on Balheimr add them to creature list, Please!
I was on rag with my wyvern trying to kill thi alpha raptor then these vultures decide to join the fight but they got for me! I try kill them but I died intanlly. I killed all of them 20 min later, I looked for my loot which had so many good loot in it especially my first griffin in a cryopod but i never found it i expected the alpha raptor ate it but i didn't even try to kill it cause these allos almost killed my wyvern, I ran out of there not knowing what to do cause I did not want to risk my pteras life for another griffin. 1 like for the lost of my griffin.
It says they're exclusive to Scorched Earth, but they're also on Ragnorok.
Normally a docile creature, the vulture will quickly become aggressive to anything or anyone near a corpse it wishes to feed on. If on foot be wary. Vultures can pack a punch on a fresh player just trying to make ends meat. Running is not advised . To fight make tight circles and stab upwards with a pike or spear. Bows are also very effective.
These things hold a grudge, you have to leave render distance for them to de-aggro
I'd prefer to meet a level 350 rex on foot then fight 10 of these
The easiest way to find vultures is to travel to the dunes surrounding scorched earth. Though be cautious of snakes, mantis, scorpions etc.
This stupid animal is way over protective for its dead animal corpse so I suggest you leave him alone
Vultures are probably the best shoulder mount in ark. They will attack from your shoulder, act like missiles, and increase the spoil time of meat. Breeding these bad boys is a good idea, but different then normal. Raising one will require spoiled meat instead of raw meat. This is also am advantage because spoiled meat stands in 100s. They are found on Scorched earth in the dunes. Good luck with these birds - Raisan
