Easy Tame, swim up with a Meg and 50 Black pearls in your food slot, let it grab your meg than jump off and swim to it’s beak & feed pearls. Easy Tuso, watch out for eels and Mosa’s.

Life hack for PC players that don't know this yet, go to crystal isles and explore the lower beaches, you'll encounter squids beached ashore, you should have the black pearls and any tanky mount, i used my HP like rexes so it just tickled them ez.

Get your dino in between the tentacle area then punch the tuso in the mouth till it agros, then feed. I'll usually let go of your mount due to world collish but you can just agro it again when it's ready to eat. - Survivor Kure

i play on a non official pc session, pve. taming is boosted 5x so every tuso tames with one feed, even max level (with black pearls). if you play on a similarly boosted server they are SO EASY to tame. its absurd. i used a stupid maewing to tame them. you swim up to it, once it grabs you dismount and swim up to its beak (make sure pearls are in right hand slot) and feed it. on a 5x tame server, you now have a teuso. up this if you play on a slightly boosted pve server so people can know how easy it is to get these solid water tames

You could use one of your creatures as bait so when it attack’s it won’t attack you

This tip made it super easy to tame

Plesio for speed and tusoteutis for damage both are the best sea creature tamed a 260 tuso and killed a alpha tuso

After taming, only level heath and melee. Mainly melee. The rest is pointless. It would be like putting points into Stam or mov speed on a giga.. it wouldn’t make any sense.

Get a turtle than get grabbed by it then swim up to its beak then passive tame it black pearl not silica and they are good for raiding rafts

That makes it a good pvp Dino😃

If it says doesn't want to be tamed right now punch it in the beak/ mouth

For you guys saying “why does it say non-violent cause it’s very violent?” It means it’s a passive tame

Don't not attempt to tame near a rock my 150 perfect tame mossa got glitched into a rock and died because the squid pushed it into a underwater cave

Swim your tame next to it and wait for the grab, dismount and feed the pearls then swim up, it will do around 2.5k damage before it lets go of your tame so keep that in mind when deciding what to take.

Rinse and repeat

Sarcos work as well as the other dinos

Use high Health turtles to distract it and feed it the black pearls. Enjoy

If you find one that says does not want to be tamed right now, ride up to it's beak with your turtle and bite it. Then it with swallow the turtle and you can feed it the black pearls.

RAG TIP: Go to 44 10 for squids, let one follow you to 28 6, it's a huge chasm where nothing spawns so nothing will distract you, I've timed 3 squids just by having it grab my turtle and swimming away from it; swimming 10 feet up will cause the squid to lose interest. First feed is instant, second is 25m wait, the next one is 15m on x2. Worked everytime with no issues.

How to tame a squid 🦑 (Mobile)

1. Tame a animal with a lot of health.(I used a level 150 Icthy which had 1000 health)

2. Kill a lot of sea scorpions so you can get black pearls.

3. Get 3%smoothing blame.

4. Find a low level squid with your animal. (Low level only because the squid does a lot of damage)

5. Make the squid catch you.

6. Get of your animal quickly and feed it the smoothing balm.

7. Quickly feed it the black pearls.

If you want to tame this thing look in the top left corner that’s the where are usually Spond at the border and the 850 bar pearls at a time so for like a level two or a level 10 you’ll have to have 100 black pearls killing these things give you a bunch of black pearls that’s basically all you need to know

Crystal isles usually has 1-4 beached up against the beach where you can find Tropical Wyverns. Make sure you have a tame it can grab (any small-medium non filer with a saddle) and once it grabs it, swim up to the squids mouth and feed it pearls or meat from the last slot of your hot bar.

To the beaches Tuso, some are tamable. Cast a mount in front of their face and give then a punch. If they are tamable, they will grab your mount. If not, kill for respawn of a working one.
