Fight from a Basilosaurus or another mount the Tusoteuthis cannot grapple, and keep your other tames away from its tentacles. If you are grabbed, target its beak during attacks or use a grappling hook to pull yourself to safety, then retreat when it releases its ink cloud or begins fleeing. Avoid fighting powerful variants unless well prepared, as they can shred most mounts quickly.
