Look man, my sister and I took forever to find a squid. And after like 2 hours, we got one. Then we wanted to tame a nessie creature. And promptly ran into seven squids at once. Including an alpha. Needless, I died. But coordinates for ragnorok for this incident was the farthest left you can go on the map basically between the 40 and 50 lines. Go forth. Try not to die.

I found one to begin lvl 290, i did bring soothing balm that i planned to use on plesio, but i dind't have any black pearls so i search around for sea scorpion or ammonite, when i finally got 3 black pearls the tuso is just despawn, my sanity decrease from 8% > 2% 🥲

Ive never really ventured the water but everyone is saying they are rare. However, i went to 47.7, 2.3 on Ragnarok to look at the artifact there and saw 4 right next to each other guarding it. I got out of there as soon as i saw them as i have no water tames, but was this a fluke? Or are they non tame-able like the dire bears in the ice cave

I'm on Mobile! Well, I seen one of these guys for my very first time and decided to tame one. I had my cheat on just in case. I took my high leveled wolf so that it'll grab it but in instead of grabbing my wolf, it grabbed me- (I wasn't complaining tho) Used 3x Smoothing Balm and Fish Meat, tamed it pretty quickly. (Leave it on Attack, Things like sharks will attack it. From experience.) However, if it dies. DO NOT RESPAWN IT ON LAND, it's health dies QUICKLY. Wasted Amber. (Had it for a few minutes, before the Squid dies to a Shark from being on passive. Tried respawning it and lost all its health on land. Wouldn't move to water, even if it was close.) :/

Just a question, do you have to drop the pearls while it grabbed you?

I saw a alpha once at the edge of the map bring a friend with pearls and a crap ton of good dinos

How to kill -

Get yourself a basilo or another tuso (mosas could work in mobile) basically creatures that can't be grabbed.

Next, go up to it and start chomping like there's no tomorrow

Lastly, turn it inside out and smile

They can grap mosa and easy kill it it much better than mosa on pvp depent which lvl try up damage And like 20k Hp then use golden chain collar

I previously said my praises to the Basilo (which I didn't check for spelling errors. Oops.) However, ever since taming a Tuso after so long, it reinvigorated my love for it. Update on the King of the Sea: the Tuso blows the Basilo out of the water. Sure it doesn't regen crazy amounts of health at the surface, but it does when attacking creatures in its grip. Sure it doesn't have a resistance to Jellyfish stings, but it has such a long reach that it will almost never be stung. And finally, it may not be able to grip onto the Basilo, but it isn't an issue. Taming wise, just let the Tuso grab onto whatever creature you have, then swim to its beak and feed it black pearls. It is annoying, but at least it doesn't take hundreds of tranqs to knock out. It is still a good idea to get the Basilo, but get a Tuso as well, for this is the true King of the Ocean.

One time I managed to kill one with my ichtyosaur Ruby and 2 others Karen and Betty.betty died but Karen and I lived and I managed to kill it and got a ton of kag from the squid inking

Use a mosa or plesiosaur let it grab your tame jump off go to its beak and feed it I prefer to use black pearls cuz they tame a lot faster but each feeding it takes 50 Black pearls each and they are pretty rare

kill these guys and you can get from 20 - 30 black pearls if your lucky but is allways a chance.

You can use it to tame a mosa if you have another person with you. Just grab the mosa with the tuso and have your teammate shoot it w tranqs

I wanna tame a bunch of these and name them after The Cuylers from Squidbillies

If you are playing in a high boosted server just tame a medium/high lvl megalodon and let it tank when you feed the kraken, really easy
