It's kinda trash that they wont add new dino's to The Island anymore. I mean like actual dinos (technically not a dino but you know) and not giant space whales or fat mother eels. But at least they are adding some on the other maps.

For all those saying its crystal isles exclusive it is not (yet). Console (and il guessing mobile) will be able to find this creature on any map where you could find a quetzal, but as soon as we also get crystal isles on console and mobile it will become a CI exclusive dino like the griffin is for rag

They can be found in the NW part of the desert on rag. Just kill any tapejaras

Why do all the wikis say they can only be found on long 25 on rag? they're most common in the nw desert

The wiki claims only two spawn at a time. And they no longer reside on other maps with the release of crystal isles. They can, according to sources, be found within the Tropical and Ember wyvern areas. And supposedly along the southeast side of the map with the floating rocks. I never found one but maybe this info can help

You can actually find these guys outside of Crystal Isles on console. They spawn about the same spots as tapejara’s. Good luck finding them, and have fun!

These guys can pick you off your mount and fly you higher in the air if agroed, its good to have a Simonacrops or a glide suit just incase this happens

Most likely found in the floating islands area of crystal isles

ITS A FU*KING JET GUYS, and since it has his flipp thing its perfect to outplay in a Air fight,specielly against wyvern

Remember this Dino shoots grenades which deal most damage to stone not metal

The notes say it will be released on consoles today june 11th, to most of the maps, until crystal isles is released to the consoles, then it'll transition to only being on that map, get your taming ready :) its a built in grinder

The itchyornis is worse than any wyvern or dragon combined. Trust me, we don't need this to be hostile. It should be neutral tho.

Syntac has found all his in the bog on crystal isles

They spawn on the center map near the tropical south/north regions I encountered one way up in the sky looking for a quetzal and found this one with a dilo in its mouth.

Warning! Do not knock these guys out while you’re taming! I did and it died of starvation while unconscious. 😭
