Probly one of the most important tames of all time, they are an absolute tank and is immune to dilo poison

I was looking for a carno to kill cause I need keratin when I found one killed than I saw a Trike coming for me tranqed it out tamed it and it starting saying it was a dangerous place I ignored that putted the saddle on the trike then I saw a theriziono these are strong and you know what my Trike cha cha him real soon

The gathering rating says that brontos are best for thatch but it’s not true a bronto collects 50 to 70 thatch per tree while trikes get 60 to 75 per tree so tame them if u need thatch instead of brontos

What ever you do DO not use a bola on it won’t take it well only me and the tribe leader survived a level 126 lvl trike use long range narcotic arrows (but not to many)

Triceratops is one of the best early game tames. Its saddle is only lvl 20. It can harvest berries very efficient and quick. Its attack also has knockback, so even a carno is no match for a tamed trike. Just time your attacks and the carno won't even be able to hit you. But watch out! Knockback doesn't work on big creatures, like a t-rex or a bronto...

I have tamed a 180 level Triceratops I must say he is a beast. We have killed 50 level therys; 40,60 level spinos and the number of Sarcos are uncountable mostly of them were 40-50 levels. We have also killed a 116 level sarco also. Killing all such powerful dino his health just declined 700 point only not more than that.

He is now 200 level. I named him Ragnarok The Destroyer.❤️💪🏻

Triks are the best, I wiped out whole Redwoods and most arctic with my lvl 130, gained alot of xp by easily completing all missions, can even explore for notes without danger in the deep jungles and kill Rex (lesser than 150 though) very useful...

I really don’t know how to tame one because I found mine at a swamp and I only tames it because it got knocked out by a snake but these guys are amazing! It drove of a SPINO that was near my base! I had to heal it of course but my trike was only on lvl 7! So I recommend to get one!

For the guy who said it gets fiber no it gets tons of berry thatch and a little wood but sadly no fiber. Get a gigantopithecus or therizino for that.

Facts you should know about this Guy

1) Best ally when u need Wood or can be ur worst enemy when ur base if made up of wood

2) How so? ... U know they have dash ability if u do not hit any dino but tree / wooden structure while using its ability they will one shot any Wooden Structure or tree and continue dash till its stamina is out

3) What i Mean by wooden structure is, It includes your Wooden Spikes Too... yes u heard it right they can Destroy those spike in just 1 Hit totally immune to them, so beware of their dash Coz it might even slow u down for long time

Great soakers for early game pvp like day 1 2 or 3 as the face plate thing takes reduced damage from turrets and their easily tamed and bred and have a decent health pool

When you activate the charge attack stam regens at a really fast rate. Just so you know.

The trike gathers wood and thatch more effectively when they are charging

These are great for gathering rockarrots and narcoberries.

Good knockback but poor defense when attacked from the side or from behind, have a pack of raptors following to defend it

My personal best tame for simple kibble.

They need to update the info, wyvrens can carry them, not crystal wyvrens.

You don’t need tranqs, it’s a beginner tame

First you need a slingshot with about 30-40 stones

Second you need some narcotics and lots of berries

ALWAYS CLIMB ON A BIG ROCK

and enjoy your triceratops

(If you don’t have a saddle yet that are great bodyguards)

Also a good Idea is to turn your taming speed way up

(I’m a noob and turned it to 100000)

So it took literally 15 seconds to tame

It's damage reduction to the head IS TO OP assault rifles don't work very well the only counter is to use a shotgun
