You can use a trike to get very much thatch and wood and berries

By staying in one place with the trikes then attacking it can kill alphas with ease

The Trike is honestly one of my favorite games because they are super easy to tame early, they gather berries for narcotic well, and their attack has large aoe and knockback. I take out Rex’s and alpha Carnos with 1 trike.

Take this guy/gal to a swamp and ram all the swamp trees you can. You'll get a crap ton of thatch, and a good amount of wood and rare mushrooms!

Trikes are amazing soakers endgame because of the the damage reduction on their head!!!

Tame 40 of these boom now your god they should add a buff like the pack buff for them in very large groups now packs of 3 but like groups of ten like a heard give her all better protection and damege

A Triceratops can make a pretty good early-mid (Or late) game tame. Good Health and Weight. Very good for combat, good knockback and all headshots do -85% damage making their heads solid shields.

The Trike is really good at collecting berries and if you want wood but if you kill something then you have to dismount to get the meat.

Triceratops are probably the most useful dinosaur when you have just started playing ark. Not only are they one of the best berry collecters in the game, but they can also help defend you if you are in trouble with dinosaurs such as raptors and dilos. Once upgraded they can even take on Carnotaurus. Upgrade there stamina and weight if you want them just to collect berries because their weight is not very good, and neither is their stamina.

Absolutely a priority early tame.

I'd argue that it's superior to both the Parasaur and the Stegosaurus, in terms of efficiency. It's in the goldilock zone of it's kind.

While the Parasaur is easy to tame, the Trike doesn't take much time either, even with just mejoberries. And the Stegosaurus is usually too much for a very early tame. Just keep in mind to not tranq it's head shield, as it takes much less torpor than it's soft body.

The turn rate is optimal and matches the Parasaur, while the Stegosaurus has a very big problem with it's rotation. The Trike is perfect for turning to farm the bush nodes.

The Parasaur has no defense, and the stegosaurus has a hard time with dealing against packs of small creatures. The trike has a very powerful push back, combined with the turn rate and health it can defend itself and you- it can tank against carno assaults, which you will encounter everywhere.

It also functions as a cargo dino, with a great weight.

Will get you enPugh berries to feed you and to get over plenty enough to make narcos for bigger tames. First Dino I tame every time I play.

With the recent changes, trikes can now charge and ram enemies, sometimes stunning then if charged fast enough. They also get a slight buff when near large carnivores.

With the new TLC, the trike is much stronger! It now gets a buff when fighting spinos and rexes. It also is a great berry collector and early game you can completely wipe out a wooden base with its new charge ability.

In TLC update 2 they are gonna give the trike a charge ability to make it more op. Now you can have an early game wooly rino.

They're not great harvesting dinos in my opinion because they can't carry too much, but at higher levels they become strong battle mounts. I took my lv185 trike into the swamps to tame a beelz. When I finished I killed 7 titanboas 2 sarcos and a ton of dilos with it. I also tamed 2 high lv Beelzs and a low lv kapro. I was very impressed with him and I recommend you get one if your looking for a little protection.

P.S. if your looking for a good traveling or harvesting mount at low to mid level get an Iguanadan.

Great to harvest berries but upgrade weighs and stamina

Recently, a lvl 20 rex somehow glitched into our base. Only thing not set on passive were the 4 trikes, they totally wrecked that rex! Seriously, a trike is a must-have for early game and base defense!

These guys are op I mean I just killed 10 carnos with a trike if your trike is higher or equal in level to a carno or therizino it can easily fight them because of it's knock back attack just pump health, meele damage and stamina. They are great for collecting thatch and berries.
