If you take a Trike egg, Get out of ark and X out of the tab and they won’t be angry anymore, ALSO IF YOU ENCOUNTER ONES EGG AND PICK IT UP DO NOT RUN TO YOUR BASE
A tip that helped me survive I ran into a body of water and waited until they calmed down
To tame Trike you gotta go on a high rock and shoot it with tranqs or a slingshot ALSO don’t hit it while it’s unconscious you would k!ll it so get some berries and wait for it to tame up and there you go! this helped me a lot and I now have a lvl 43 Trike named Clara :D
I recommend waiting until you have tranq arrows as I’ve tried to tame a level 50 with a slingshot and it took FOREVER. Also don’t aim for the head and try to be above the trike or get it stuck on some rocks or trees. Also they have a large turn radius meaning if you’re fast enough you can just run round in circles and shoot it’s tail.
List :15tranq arrows,and a lot of berries
I’m not sure if this is helpful but every time I’ve gone near a dilophasauraus while mounted on my trike it hasn’t attacked me.
Best Way to soak turrets:

- snow owl(heal and gives protection with ice)
- Mate Boost
- Rivalry buff
- mammoth Saddle buff
- daedon heal
- sweet vegetable cakes
Do NOT underestimate these guys as a combat mount. If you find one that a good level and put some points into melee and health, it can kill most things you come across, even alpha raptors and potentially alpha carnos. They’re also good berry gatherers and great at gathering thatch! All round a great mount that anyone should tame
This is easy tame all u need to have is a turtle dino that has 2k and up hp(mine id already 4k) then attack it using turtle first(on passive, so it will agro to turtle and it won't attack back, if the trike will be unconscious it won't continue to attack it might kill trike) then shoot tranq or spam club to his body, then boom u have a new friend. Hope this helps
You can get this really early on. Get a sling with like 100 rocks and stand on a big stone where the trike can’t get up and just let loose and boom, you got yourself an easily tamed trike early on!
I make a tower out of large walls with ladders to the top then hatch frames all around then shoot through the hatch frames
It's slow. if your new, do not engage.most people can get away from them, though. They can knock you off cliffs too.
Here is a tip for bigginers to tame a triceratops you will need a bow ang arrow a wooden club and 50+berries first find a triceratops shoot it with an arrow find a high plase where the triceratops cant reach you then start shooting it some mote until it's health goes down and if the health goes down to 50 you can use your club to knock it out easily and open the triceratopses inventory and putt all the berries and wait for it to tame if this was helpful please press the arrow pointing up thank you😚
Dododex said it’ll take 38 savoroot to tame a lvl 40. It only took me 15 savoroot.
Don’t underestimate a solo Trike for it may scream its lungs out and four more Trike will reveal themselves from God-Knows-Where. Make sure the coast is clear!!
Trikes are one of the best starter animals as they are strong and pretty quick. A low level trike can be knocked out with just your fists or a club but you have to be careful of their charge attack. Trikes are one of the best berry gatherers and gather hundreds a minute. In conclusion, the trike is the best starter Dino to have.
