People make it way more harder than it needs to be you just aggravate one run up a hill and because its slow, move to a part where it can't get you

Shoot your dead take a egg your dead get to high ground on like a mountain and shoot it if it starts running stay on the cliff and move closer to it or else you die easily

You could easily kill these guys if you have like 2 spears and a crossbow

DONT USE A SLINGSHOT. USE TRANQ ARROWS. Once you hit then with one rock they turn around and it’s hard to hit them anywhere else but the head (they have extra protection there so takes longer to knock out). Climb up a rock where the trike can’t get you and shoot like 5-7 tranq arrows and it’ll be knocked out. Feed berries or kibble to tame

Step 1

Find a Trike thats close to a hill

(I know you can also trap it but this takes way les time)

Step 2

Tranq it out with your slingshot bow Etc

(Dont shoot it in the head it want tranq it as much)

Step 3

Put the Berries/Veggies in the Trike

The main uses for the Trike is being a tank because of his head (His head has reduced damage) and getting berries.

If you are lower than level 30, do not try to tame it

If you pick up a egg and u have a strong Dino at ur base go to the base bc ur Dino will attack making the trike aggro on it then help ur buddy by attacking from behind and BOOM! easy kill

Get trank arrow and shoot but stay at a distance and make sure not to get attacked then once knocked out put berry's in inventory.

Swipe up on movement then you wil charge (left right right left)

To tame, you have to knock out. The trike is dangerous and can be a pain to tame. You can use anything but it’s recommended to use ranged stuff like slingshots or tranqs. Traps can be used as wooden dinogates or the terrain to get it stuck. It eats plants and prefers simple kibble.

1) these bad boys are very dangerous. There are three variants you can tame: Normal, Tek, and X. Normal can be found pretty much on every map. Tek is only in G1 and is in the lunar the most dangerous biome ever. The X is also a G1 creature found only in the magma of G1 and Fjordur.

2) Lock your bad boy up!!! Do it in a 2x2\2x2 doorframe made out of stone! If wood he will break free! ⛓️‍💥 make a ramp for the dude to fall in your trap.

3) tranq it to death!!! Do not kill it!!! Save his life and KO him.

4) feed berries and 123… 💥 he’s yours!

E) u can use a large bear trap that will get it stuck. Look for a good level.

for tsming these you only need 4 thatch foundation and 8 doorways a bola and a club trap the trike and bola it so it doesn't move then start hitting it with the club until it's out

A fantastic early game tame. If you can get up on a ledge and shoot tranq arrows into its butt, then tame it up with mejoberries, you'll have a buddy that's good at fighting, hauling, berry and thatch gathering, and just being an all around reliable steed. They get a buff against big Carnivores like rexes, so tame a few up (both sexes for mate boosting) and you'll be the king of the beach!

Easy thatch and wood hack! 1:go in a forest with TONS of trees. 2: start winding up for charge attack. 3:run into all the trees while charging. Then you will have unlimited thatch and wood if you repeat it! Hope this helped 😊
