They're pretty good defending against the wild bc of the knockback, Even a theri will just get flung and have only a small chance of hitting you.

Sooo,this is coming from a person who struggled ALOT while taming it 1st,2nd,3rd attempt? Got Killed they are herding animals so if u want to tame it u need tranq arrows just shoot it from high ground and like stand on a tall rock until it lays down or becomes unconscious shoot it with tranq arrows if u shoot them with like slingshot or hit it with a bat and even if u manage to make it go unconscious look behind a herd is waiting for u but if u die with the herd of trikes they will sometimes target ur tames and kill them soo if u are trying to tame it remember this.

I tamed one by making a 2 by 2 wooden foundation, doorways on 4 of the sides and walls on the other 4. Then i put 2 wooden ramps going next each other up the walls. Then i agroed a trike and ran in and out of my trap. From there it was easy to tranq it.

There really hard to kill trust me I learned it the hard way

Go on a big rock then take your slingshot and then slingshot slingshot

To knock out a triceratops I like to use my bow and arrow to make it have less hearts and then I use my hands and I like knock out my triceratops every time and then tame it

It only takes about four tranq arrows for me

Wasted 55 tranq arrows on a level 67. Got to 97% taming, forgot to put my raptor on passive.

If u slap it or take its egg, DO NOT RUN TO UR BASE, unless it’s stone or better than stone.

Probly one of the most important tames of all time, they are an absolute tank and is immune to dilo poison

I was looking for a carno to kill cause I need keratin when I found one killed than I saw a Trike coming for me tranqed it out tamed it and it starting saying it was a dangerous place I ignored that putted the saddle on the trike then I saw a theriziono these are strong and you know what my Trike cha cha him real soon

The gathering rating says that brontos are best for thatch but it’s not true a bronto collects 50 to 70 thatch per tree while trikes get 60 to 75 per tree so tame them if u need thatch instead of brontos

What ever you do DO not use a bola on it won’t take it well only me and the tribe leader survived a level 126 lvl trike use long range narcotic arrows (but not to many)

Triceratops is one of the best early game tames. Its saddle is only lvl 20. It can harvest berries very efficient and quick. Its attack also has knockback, so even a carno is no match for a tamed trike. Just time your attacks and the carno won't even be able to hit you. But watch out! Knockback doesn't work on big creatures, like a t-rex or a bronto...

I have tamed a 180 level Triceratops I must say he is a beast. We have killed 50 level therys; 40,60 level spinos and the number of Sarcos are uncountable mostly of them were 40-50 levels. We have also killed a 116 level sarco also. Killing all such powerful dino his health just declined 700 point only not more than that.

He is now 200 level. I named him Ragnarok The Destroyer.❤️💪🏻

Trikes are easy to tame, what I did was I got a slingshot with around 80 stones and stood on a big rock and shot it a bunch, then I gave it about 30 mejoberrys and some narcoberrys

What’s up with all this trap stuff I just flew up on a rock with a pteranodon and shot it with a crossbow and tranks and filled it with some mejo berries

When I was new to ark mobile I tamed all my dinos with a slingshot, u just need to go on top of a rock where they can’t reach u but u can shoot them.I suggest starving them before feeding them mejoberries.
