DO NOT think you can handle a level 120-something trike by getting it stuck behind your THATCH HOUSE and trying to knock it out with a level 20-something parasaur and a level 40-something dila. Trust me, I learned the hard way. Just stick it between some trees and call it good. Or just don’t mess with trikes. Period.

To steal a Trike egg follow the steps

1. Make sure there are no trikes around

2.get on your dinosaur and run yo your base

3.put the egg in the storage box

4.quit the game and join back

You have a Trike egg now

A trike is a good mid beginner Dino just have tranqs and stand on a big rock this Dino is very useful even when your far in the game they can kill the Therizinosaurus and a Rex and spino because of there push they do when they hit you and it can stun a Dino with its ultimate but uses all energy hope it was helpful.

There’s this really high level Trike that spawned near my base. I have it trapped already but there’s one issue- there’s another trike that goes all Aggro on me whenever I use the slingshot on the targeted trike. They’re both the same gender.. any tips? What can I do to get rid of the other trike?

you need tranq arrow, narcoberries/narcotic to keep him sleep and a lot of mejoberries, I just tamed lvl300 of this, now he is lvl400, very strong almost can kill all predators

These things are super powerfull... I saw a wild sarco and 2 trikes DESTROYED the thing, yet they were both injured, they actually won the battle. That is how I have a sarco skin right now

With the new tlc its the best hacth gatherer so i recommend go get get yourself one if you want loads of thatch

To tame one of those early game you just need to get yourself a slingshot (You can get the engram at Level 5), a low Level Trike (Level 1 - 30) and to be safe around 40 Stones. Then find some Trees and attack the Trike with your Slingshot then use a Hit and Run Technique. It should be much easier because the Trike gets stuck in the Trees and has to get around them. Which gives you enough time to shot him some times with your Slingshot. Once he is unconcious you just have to gather Berries. Use Mejoberries for a higher level after taming. Keep an eye on the Trike's Torpor(You find it in the bottom right hand corner in its Inventory). Once it drops on 0 your Trike will wake up and you have to knock it out again. To raise its Torpor you need to put Narcoberries in its Inventory, click on them and then click on the Remote use item Button (Each Narcoberry adds 8 Torpor). In the Dododex App you can Look how many Slingshot-Shots, Narcoberries and Mejoberries your Trike needs. Good Luck!

(for beginners)i have my base in herbivor island and a lot of trikes are in herbivor island so i was taming a bronto and i accidentally hit one trike i had 23 tames but,6 left so this is a tip to not hit this piece of s*** if it’s buddies are around

If yo encounter a trike with a glowing effect around it’s horns, you may want to turn around. The glowing effect is the result of a large predator and powerful predator(spinos are a key example) being nearby, which can save you, your tames, and your stuff.

How to charge at animals with a trike

1 tame your trike

2 you need to ride on it

3 hold down L2 for a little bit and you will see a heart icon on the top left

corner

4 find a animal

5 let go of L2

And the trike will start running at your enimes once it hits them it doe xtreme damage

Must have early game creature. Great knock back means it can take on tough threats by knocking them back before getting hit. On mobile, do the hunt dilo pursuit and get yourself a nice bow. Once you get tranq arrows, nothing is stopping you from taming rexes and spinos. Use your trike to tank and shoot them from far away so you have more time before they reach you. I do this a lot on mobile. And you can use the trike to get narcoberries for making narcotics.

The ultimate herbivore island guide

First to get to herbivore island get a raft. There are megalodons around the island and maybe a basilo.

After you get to the island make spike walls around your base to keep phiomias and parasaurs away. Make your house in the walls. A nice house design for now is the “second little phiomia” house and upgrading it to stone later is good.

After you have a wood house start taming. A first tame can be phiomia, parasaur, or anky. To tame an anky walk backwards while shooting a slingshot. Then feed any of the pets mejoberries.

On herb island there is 7 creatures that live there. They are parasaur, phiomia, trike, ankylo, stego, bronto, and titanosaur very rarely. I have only seen a titanosaur once.

Once on the island keep leveling until you get pteranodon saddle. Once you have the engram build it and bola a pteranodon, slingshot or tranq arrow it then feed it dodo egg kibble.

A good idea for leveling is taking the pteranodon out and then getting explorer notes.

Another good idea is to make a mejoberry farm and then replace it or add a crop farm, I used carrots.

Keep progressing through the game and move to the mainland whenever you want. Remember, herbivore island is good for starting but in mid-late game it gets less useful. There are only 7 creatures on herbivore island so it gets boring after a while. Ps If you need keratin hunt ankylos.

Great for soaking turrets with it's head. The best conditions for soaking with it are:

- Good Saddle

- High Health

- Mate Boost

- Rivalry Boost

- Yuty buff

- daedon heal

Build traps for all your captures.

Build a trap from stone doorways two high and 3x3 foundation with ramps and they'll be trapped and can't charge you

The Trike is a good berry collector but I'd prefer for example the Iguanadon for collecting berries. But this guy really shines when it comes to collecting thatch.

One of the best early game tames. Collects more berries than a parasaur and can help you fight of other dinos.

They will hit you out of the universe so go up a hill fall and you gonna die because they live in herds so be careful it eats berries so just dont hurt them or they will kill you and you can never be seen again
