With the new TLC, it has OUTSTANDING thatch collecting ( 1000 in 4 trees with a max charge. )
If you ever catch these guys in the wild and wonder why their heads are glowing red, you should probably run because thereβs a Rex/Spino in the area.
If you wondering which stats to invest in, I suggest health, stamina and melee damage.
If you're wondering what to pump on a trike, may I suggest health and melee. I have a trike that I pumped melee on and it is an absolute unit.
I can not stress enough to my friends how useful the trike is. Early game it makes a great pack animal. Late game in groups of three or four it can be used as a decent battle mount. Taming a trike early on can be a great way to start a large base and keep you well fed with berries.
The trike is a very good tame early game since it is better at gathering berries and thatch than a parasaur. From my experience, the stego isn't buffed on mobile (no plate modes), wich makes a trike more useful in my opinion. You also unlock its saddle at a really low level (16) so it's not difficult to get. They are quite tanky and powerful so it's a good bodyguard against raptors. Dilos don't aggro on it so you don't need to worry about those. I hope this tip was helpful and have a good day!
If you use the charge attack in a forest, they will get a lot of thatch but will get encumbered so beware of predators. Also, the turning radius is increased when charging and you canβt get berries when charging. Maybe this is helpful for lower level players. Thanks for reading and make sure to try it out
Taming a trike is amazingly helpful early on as leveling up their attack comes extremely in handy. My trike was level 14 when I got him and now he is an absolute beast at lvl 47 and two shots carnos and can kill thezirinosauruses as well as spinos.
