Should place a bear trap and then trap in a wall easy tame

Lvl 65 starve timer off mine holds 3000 food and timer was wrong on target i recommend 1700

Can even take you off a quetz, keep an eye on the big redwoods

Good partner with the purlovia, trap bros! They are very useful in the redwoods

It's only a long tame because the food drop is low, use kibble or cooked mutton for best results

To find these ün the Crystal Isles look for them in the areas that connect the desert and the biome that has hills and stuff. You can also find them in the redwoods but they are really rare there is a spot you can find like 2-4 of them in the desert but I forgot the cords. Just look at the connections between the desert an the other biomes.

This is for bigger tribes or tribes who have more stuff. Just pick it with a skiff, hover below the thylacoleo and tranq it out anywhere you want.

The best place to tame these is on Ragnarok, in the desert biome, along the river. They don't pounce and dismount you because they are found walking around.

I gotta say, the r-variant creatures are just soo pretty, direwolves with all their spots and colours, snow owls with maroons and blacks and whites, and finally the thylas, reds and browns and black and grey. I love them all

Skiff+thyla= easy ko. Above a box makes it a safe tame. R thyla are awesome coloring. Take lots of narcotics they wake up fast. And use cooked mutton

To tame thyla you must have a high ground because they cant get trapped by a bola. So have tranq arrows with a crossbow and narcotics, with raw meat or pime meat. Cooked or raw is ok. Now have a nice day with your thyla.

If using a taming box, build ceilings around the perimeter to prevent climbing out

You feed it cooked meat

Be careful they will try to jump on you

i would use the Snow Owl to find because of the thermal vision alot easier :)

Try getting the health on your character up pretty high then fly around the redwoods (make sure the flyer is on passive) when a thylacoleo jumps at you start shooting at it as it usually can't run away. It doesn't take away too much health but I'd recommend to have a high amount just in case. This has always worked for me I'm not sure if it always works.

All you have to do to tame this is place a bear trap have it run at you from the tree it will get caught then place pillars around it

It takes almost exactly one hour to tame a lvl 20 with cooked meat. It likes cooked better than raw

If you want one of these amazing mounts. There easy to find and get on scorched. There near green ob in the mountain areas. They are very aggressive which is good because they won't run wen u tranq them. Fairly easy and simple tame.
