If I may not introduce these flying f*ckers. They hang from the trees looking down to pounce on noobs, so I fly well in distance and above but alas, one of them rocket-farts itself at least 100m up- and forewards and grabs me off my ptera and RIP.

I then return on another ptera to whistle follow and get out of there when another kitty flies out of nowhere and RIP again. Now on my last bird, thinking the area is clear, I make another attempt. I just saw a third one as an orange flash.

I haven't returned to the redwoods since. May my birds find peace
