I was just flying around on my wyvern looking for a megaloceros and they jumped me and I died😔 no clue if she's still alive or not but I'm hoping she's ok. I then took another wyvern to go find my stuff and got jumped again.. On the third wyvern and if I get jumped on this one to I'm just getting my giga at this point. I was so shocked when I found out they jumped from trees😭 now if you excuse me I need to look for blood and snow.

On the Island they are extremely hard to find. Not only do they have a low spawn chance but they have the same issues Manas have on Extinction where they are too aggressive for their own good, Thylas will attack anything in the wild, even Rexes and Brontos and have a wide aggro radius, unfortunately they don’t seem to realize they are terribly outmatched and usually charge straight to their deaths.

If u play on mobile then just use a direwolf to do the caves and find the artifact

Once i encountered a thyla i crapped meself now every time i go into the redwood forest

Ok 2 things I get it they are dangerous but I kill them with a primtive sord and flak with 235 but I don't need that much. second of u on a man like rag or scorched I know for sure you will find in the desert in the badlands parts. Any map with desert should work tho.

Don’t go to redwoods anywhere to tame these. Go to the south area of ragnarok. They spawn much more frequently and have a higher chance to be a good level because ragnarok has a greater chance of high levels spawning.

So that I’ve seen I’ve only been able to kill these with my sword when they would get me down. I always have my sword ready I don’t know if that helps.

Tam them is easy , fly uper the redwoods then go near the mountains.tcheck on every woods for a thylacoleo and it him . Climb on a rock . Normally wild thyleco don't climb rock so just it him and wait he fall. When you already got one just ride and fire on the same time easier way to get an army of thy.

If you ever go to redwood, dont bring low level dinosaurs, or you will be ripped to shreds. Even flying dinosaurs will die.

This thing killed my pack of pterodons on my way to the volcano. Don’t fly inside of the redwood forest or you will lose a ton of your flying dinos

To kill pull out a pike and stab repeatedly.

Well this is definitely my favourite mount but also the most anoying dino to fight in the wild!!!
