Little back story on my ark. So I started a new game on a new map and me and my friend made up a challenge where whoever tames a good creature first wins. I at first tamed a raptor but where our starter base was. It wasn’t our best choice since it was near the redwoods. I got back there my friend was still out getting a tame and some more resources. I went on a little killing spree for meat and hide and this beautiful thyla came at me lovely light pink and blue with some dark purple. About a level 100 basically it killed my raptor I came back with some bear traps and some traq arrows. That my friend had made if it helps we were level 20 when we did this. Basically I got lucky and knocked it out we didn’t have kibble so I gave it meat luckily our taming rates are good so I managed to tame it and named her jinx. Also my friend saw the message that I died from her and saw I knocked her out and called me in our discord and yelled wtf how she was so shocked. But jinx helped us both get more tames now we have a new base and a couple Rex’s and some other things but to this day jinx is still my go to mount.

Once I had a thyla named Daniel. He was a lvl 165 and my best scouting creature. But one day, it all went downhill...
Me and Daniel were chilling by the redwood waterfall when a pegomastax takes my pistol. I jumped on Daniel and we were off. But on the chase for the pego, a microraptor jumped me and I was knocked to the ground. But Daniel chased the microraptor and ran very far away. When I woke up, I ran in the direction of Daniel, but alas, I lost him. A week of searching later, I got a message, telling me that Daniel had killed a microraptor. I had lost hope until then, and now I would find him.
Two weeks later, still no Daniel. But I never got a message from his death. Be strong lil buddy. I'll find you.
