More Thylacoleo Utility Tips
Thylacoleo has a bleed effect that does % of hp damage over a small amount of time. i killed my first titanosaur with my thyla but attacking and running when it agroβd BUT you canβt let the bleeding deal the finishing blow. This just happened and my thyla and I didnβt get the xp.
Hit the sky button so people donβt make my mistake and miss out on heaps of xp π€₯
Thylacoleo are capable of pinning down flyers in mid-flight (anything but the Quetz and Wyvern, I believe), other Thylacoleo, and even Therizinos. You can also jump from object to object by holding down the jump button while pouncing from a tree or cliff (have to hit it at the right angle, however).
Thylacoleos are GOATED in PvP. They can swim fast to catch other players or players mounted on games in the water, they can climb to avoid stronger creatures, they can pounce and pin down people, as well as knock them off their flyer, and the bleed does percentage damage so killing stuff like Titanosaurs are much easier. However, as I have learned by another tip someone else left, if you kill anything due to bleeding damage instead of direct attacks, you wonβt get the XP. (Correct me if Iβm wrong) You can pick them up with Argentavis and some other flyers I think.
If Ur on mobile hold jump button to climb
Hah, who needs kangoroos. These can jump almost 4 walls high and have so much stamina.
The Thyla is an impressive creature to tame, so here is a guide to it. #1. The thyla is found in the Redwoods, and the Desert, and is aggressive. They will cause a bleed effect when they attack you, so be careful. #2. The Thyla will jump on you if you are riding anything in the redwoods, so be cautious. They can be lured into a trap, mostly a 4x4 stone one with doorframes 2 high. They are incredible when tamed, as they can climb rocks and trees, but only straight. Their saddle is only at Level 51. #3. It can harvest lots of meat and hide, so if you go out to grind meat, use a Thyla to do so. As impressive as they are, I would not recommend them for any boss fight: Leave that to rexes, yutys, daedons, etc. This is my guide to the thyla, and I hope you like it! Signed, Pickle844Luvr
These things don't exist on mobile so don't waste your time looking for them.
I only play mobile, and this is my new officially favorite tame! Fun, strong, and useful. Highly recommend!!
This ruthless beast is a marsupial, which means it is biologically closer to the koala than to the sabertooth or other felinesβ¦ We are very lucky koalas and kangaroos donβt behave the same as their ancestorsβ¦
Don't fly next to them, they will eat your bird...
