Best way to tame one is find some flat ground, lay about 5 large bear traps in a row, stand behind them all and shoot the therizno. As the large bear traps break, he’ll get stuck in the next. Make sure to bring lots of narcotics or bio toxin as there torpor drains extremely fast. No stone structures necessary!! Hope this helped!!

Make sure you have 200-300 narcotics for taming, I tried and almost got 97% but my all narcotics is gone I truly lost everything make sure my was lv 25

How to tame a tickle chicken!(that always kills you and your dinos)

Materials:

about 50+ tranqs for a high level.

Traps:

4 stone fence foundations.

16 doorframes.

Remember these are made from stone not wood

Method:

Trap:

1. Find a high level theri

2. Place a 口 shape with fence foundations. Put 2 doorframes on all but one side where only 1 is built.

3. Lead the theri to the trap.

4. Close the trap with the 1 doorframe.

5. Sleep!!!

6. Knock it out.

Tame on foot:

1. Sleep in a place where theri is rendered

2. Find a cliff.

3. Shoot shoot shoot shoot until it knocks out. Be careful I had a Rex chasing me on a 145 theri tame and that is a lotta work. Watch your surroundings!

Feed crop or mejos.

U do not need narcs because you slept with it awake and it lost all of its food!!! Tested with a 145 male redwood therino on mobile.

Tame it saddle it and massacre everything.

Utility:

Primary attack gets lotta wood a bit thatch some meat and hide and does 52 base damage.

Secondary collects a bit of wood and thatch but its main use is to get loads of fiber.

Third attack hits the rider on PVP. It breaks stone also. The third attack gives loads of hide and wood. I killed a iguanodon and it gave me 70+ on standard mobile harvest.

Boss dino for overseer and dragon.

Also does damage and has great health.

you don't need a trap to tame one--IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING! use a flying mount to get up on a rock or cliff. shoot tranqs at it until it runs, then chase it and keep shooting til it drops. bring twice as many narcotics as you think you need, trust me.

These tickle chickens are really great for getting berries and are also good for defense. Wen knocked out there torpor drops really fast. They are aggressive in the wild are pretty fast too so be careful wen taming.

Taming(cheap):get on a rock. If there is no rock and it is a low level, go far from it and shoot it at the head with a crossbow and tranq darts. In this strategy tranq darts aren't recommended because the long neck rifle has a slow reload time. Recommended to sleep before taming for fast taming.

LARGE BEAR TRAP IS ALSO USEFUL

Once it is down, feed it megalosaurus kibble(mobile) or exceptional kibble or idk since i play mobile.

Keep narcotics or bio toxin in its inventory. I use bio toxin since it is twice as effective. On mobile soothing balm is recommended. Keep an eye on its torpor. (unconscious meter) If torpor gets low, feed it the narcotics or bio toxin. It won't be long before you get your own tickle chicken!

I wouldn’t recommend berries to tame they will work but you will need many narcotics to keep it asleep. It is definitely worth the time to tame they are powerfull mounts and are great at gathering wood and fighting the dragon boss

Just climb a high rock and shoot it in the face then feed it kibble

Even tho you don’t get their saddle later on there still a amazing game for defense and protecting your base

Wanna tame it? Here is a trick. Trapped it? Cool. Now, do anything to get it very very low. Let it heal itself and its food level will drop. Do this a few times, this will make it insta eat the food and you’ll have to deal less with keeping it down. Make sure it is on full health when you wanna knock it. Now, knock it out. Feed it kibble or crops of your choice. But still, you need to have some toxin beforehand in case things don’t go the way you want them or it takes longer than you expected along with a soothing balm to not only take less food but also increase taming effectiveness.

Best way to tame a therzino is to stand ona tall rock and keep shooting darts or arrows at it. Then use citron all combined with soothing balm to tame that thing in under 10 mins. Ur welcome

It’s almost impossible to find a high level one in ASA and even if you do they are an absolute menace as far as guzzling narcotics and eating everything in your pantry and fridge. Bring tons of narcotics and prepare to find nothing or die to a theri that will casually tickle its way through metal traps like a ghost just to cleanse you of your soul, your Dino’s, and everything you have and ever will hold dear.

Way 1:

What to pack for each way: (Both way one and 2)

•1 Crossbow or Longneck rifle

•100 - 200 tranq arrows just to be safe or 50-100 tranq darts (You can do less but not recommend)

•200-300 narcotics (You can pack less but the minimum is 70)

•Depending if it’s a low level or not 200-400 berries or 20-50 of it’s preferred kibble

Way 2 exclusive items to tame with: (trap method)

•15 stone foundations

•about 10-15 stone doorways

•Dinosaur gateway

How to tame on a cliff side:

Equip the longneck rifle or crossbow

Aim it at the theri

Shoot until unconscious

Feed narcotics and berries or kibble until tamed

How to tame on a flat surface:

Put all the stone foundations down (If it’s too small craft more)

Put the doorways down on the foundation

Then, put the gateway down

Lure the theri in (be careful theris are fast)

Close the gateway, knock it out and feed it narcotics and kibble or berries until it’s tamed.
