Was able to tame a level 30 tickle chicken solo within a half hour. You will need 4 metal billboards, make a triangle trapping it in very carefully. (Used pteranodon to keep distance) and just shot it with 40 tranq arrows and used 100 of each fruit/berry as well as around 150 narcotic. Do not try to outrun them. They will catch you.
