I try to have an army of dilos all named buttmunch. I had one at the time and it was following me. When I saw it a giant dodo innocently eating a tree. Naturaly you walk up to large herbavores to see if you can tame them but this little con artist turned around and chased me. My dilo wasn't even attacking and the giant chicken slaugtered him without mercy the only way I escaped was by jumpimg into water where he sat taunting me on the shore to for days on end.

When this Dino attacks, it does damage to the players mount and also directly to the players armor/health. Lvl up heath, stamina and melee. Good pack mule and bodyguard for low lvl tribes if tamed. If you have a good bow from the mission of killing the dilos yust run to a high rock (make sure is tall enough) and the start shooting your arrows another thing don’t look back when he is attacking you yust run to the high place

These guys are major assholes. Avoid like the plague early on. You will die... painfully. Your tame will be next. Then it’ll kill the rest of your family. Them destroy your dropped gear out of spite.

A level 26 Rex can take 2 of these!( can easily take em out without much damage)

I once was fighting this because it got stuck between 2 trees IT WAS STILL SO HARD TO KILL IT WAS LV 5 AND HAD OVER 1000 HP THESE THINGS ARE TANKS AND BARELY GIVE GOOD LOOT

So when I entered a dangerous area I did not care.. I died when I got too close to it. It’s claws were huge

I'm level 33 and killed around 15 of them

Btw I'm on brutual so I have used a lot of points on meele(200%) so I did 450 DMG per hit

I've used most of my points on meele so my health is still 100 and stamina is 150

Im quite unsatisfied with stamina but for that much meele it's worth it

Tip for starters of they encounter one :

Step no 1 : never try to put run them they are faster then a raptor

Step no 2 : never use bola on them bc it's not gonna effect them and it's obviously gonna slaughter you

Step no 3 : if you see one lurking outside ur base run and hide immediately bc they can easily destroy thatch and wooden structures

In my single player my 110 lvl reptor easily killed this beast of lvl below 60 i when ever i see this i hit him a arrow and ran away 😂😂😂
