No bolo and sneaking necessarily..just have a good owl or flyer with a lot of stamina..when you spot the one you want wait for it to land, keep your distance and make sure it’s back is to you, one or two good head shots with a longneck and tranqs you are good to go.

If you are trying to tame one in ark mobile solo you might wanna take smoothing balm with you because they take S long time to starve

Easier than expected, fly to it, eat rare flowers and drive it to a safe place and Bola it

The easiest way to find and tame these things is extinction in sanctuary

Just using this flyer i created a Rex army at only level 58😂 just fly high where wild dino cant reach.. change seat to passanger (make sure your tapejara is on following mode otherwise he will lead you on land)... Take out your weapon... Attack the dino you want to tame 🔥

Its really easy to tame a tapejara but hard to find and when you find one wear a ghillie suit or if you dont have resources to craft one just make sure you stay crouched trying to approach it and that its not near any predators because if it gets scared it will fly away REALLY fast so bola it as soon as you can then shoot it in the eye with tranqs.

The spawn of the tapejara is uncommon is moslikely to spawn in the South East of the jungle and the green

Obelisk before you tame it you need to have a ghillie suit and a holla youcan use a bow with tranq or acrosbow you can use the long Neck riffle with a shocking dart or a tranq dart

You can kill a titanosaur riding its passenger seat and shooting with your comp bow,also solo tame a quetzal.

I've noticed that these birds can be found easier flying at rather high altitudes above the north island.

We have one in out raiding herd, it's carrying the health brews.

damn this guy is one of the way to tame a quetzal and whats more? this guy can attach to trees and u can shoot crosbows and al while attaching,this might be useful to fight off alphas or any other predators

If you’re on scorched earth I found LOADS in the mountains near the red obelisk they’re really easy to tame with a long neck and tranquilliser darts but I couldn’t get mine to bola, have fun
