On mobile (not use) these guys movement speed is bugged cuz you can tame them and get 200% movement speed but it sprints slower than a wild stego

Guys like cmon don't be stupid just use anything if low level use slingshot and just walk backwards they hit but won't damage you if you do it right tame it and then...

SPAM REXES AND SPINOS UNTIL THEY DIE

Too underated, my stego can and has been literally tearing everything on my map apart, from the smallest dino to the Alpha predators. This bad boy has a tail attack and an added bonus for knock back attacks plus they don't have a blind spot, basically they can swat 360 degrees around themselves, sending your would-be nemesis to an early grave.

Slow and cumbersome but can carry a metric ton and can take down a cement house. I highly recommend for starting players.

One of the best dinos to use for the new shadow mane prowl and ferox cull because of the ability to not be dismounted when hit. One of these guys with a good saddle plus a group of reapers you can easily solo alpha!

Used four of these with ten Rex’s, a yutyrannus, and three megatheriums for the beta broodmother fight. Went very well as the steggos can knock back waves of araneos at a time, though I do suggest leveling up hit points and melee high before you do.

Stegosauruses are very good at collecting berries, many people think they are better at collecting berries than Triceratops. Even though they are slow, they can defend you with their powerful knockback. These are a good source of prime meat, because they are one of the easiest dinosaurs to kill which gives prime meat.

Great for soaking any turrets, spikes in back prevent being shot from sides and front,not too bulky like rock golems or paras, they fit in caves much easier!

Real me tame these with a bat and no trap!

The way I first tamed my stego was that I found one caught between two trees. I shot it with 4-5 tranq arrows and fed it berries. The stego by far is one of the most useful dinos I have tamed so far.

They absolutelly killing everything you need at start It can take out even a alpha raptor just because it is knockbacking so it dont even got a chance to damage it!!!

These guys are pretty stupid and slow their turn radius is kind of bad but that is nullified because of their attack which covers like 80% of their body so if ur gonna tame it do it from afar

Only focus on Tek Stegs, best place to find them is Lunar biome on Genesis although they are littered about on all maps.

Focus taming for high hp. A max lvl 180 with 35+ points in hp will be a great tame if it comes out with high 40s or low 50s in hp.

These are great for rocket running deathwalls and soaking tricky locations.

This is a tip on how to tame a stego. First find a one they commonly spawn in jungles, mountains and plains. They will occasionally spawn on beaches. Second, you must preferably knock out with slingshot or tranq bow. I would recommend using a slingshot if you make a trap or on a high rock. Third proceed to knock it out. - quick tip: if you pump enough levels in health and melee damage on a pulmoscorpius (scorpion thing) you can knock it out with that. They prefer vegetables or berries (mejoberries).

They can be used to gather lots of wood apparently in one of their modes so maybe a good early wood collector
