Ok I’m here to settle the argument over who will win the spino or the Rex irl well sorry spino fans but the Rex would win and I’m actually a spino fan so don’t say I’m just saying this probably because I’m a Rex fan because I’m not I love the spino way more but the reason the spino would lose on land is because it is just built for catching fish and the rex is ment for hunting on land also the rex probably had the second strongest jaw strength in the world behind the megalodon and the spino didn’t need that level of jaw strength for catching fish so it didn’t and the spino is actually lighter than the rex giving the rex another advantage against the spino. Another advantage the rex has is its bulky structure so the spino could do not that much agenst the rex on land except draw a bit of blood and scratch it it won’t even have the opertunety of delivering a fateal blow since it weighed less and the only place it could do a good amount of harm to the rex is the neck and head but that’s where you would want to stay away from. But to make you spino fan more happy the battle would be more neck and neck near water this is A.L.N.A and until next time enjoy the game :)

Which to tame, down if Spino up for Rex

I just tamed a spino and am regretting it bcs I level 25 and can't ride it I first started a fight between spino and bronto and shot hi tranq arrows and after a few shots he began to run away and I knocked it out I put a row prime meat which I get after harvesting his killed bronto and a 10x tamer and it really get tamed in one raw prime meat 🍖 hahaha - Yours Darklord

I feel i can tame a lvl 435 spino even tho im low level i saw it around lvl 27 i think now i'm lvl 29,, the reason i'm confident cuz i have a good ascendant bow that i got from dilo pursuit and mastercraft crossbow from alpha raptor but it's weaker than my bow, and i also have a high level raptor so i have 2 options rn kite it or lure it onto a high cliff. (Im on mobile, and its near green ob)

Taming a level 5 spino is not that hard all you need is a cross bow and arownd 10 trank Arrows, find a place higher than it than get shooting

I found a level 600 spino and sohehow it run to my base and battled with my 600 spino to they both die when I hit it with 69 darts and its dead knocked out how that happened

I had a level 999 Spinosaurus and it got killed by a gigantosaur level 12 and my Spinosaurus had 210089 health and the gigantosaur had 20000 health and my Spinosaurus got killed

they're actually easy to tame:

take the most resistant dino you have or get on a high point and tranq it again until it start running away then follow him and keep tranq him until he fall and then feed him with prime meat or raw meat and narc berries/narcotics

i started ark survival evolved a month ago and im currently on lvl 25 i have tried to tame one two times heres what i noticed: once there healf is at 300 they run away and it takes like 20 tranq arrows to take one down i almost tamed one but my crossbow to keep it sleeping broke anyways i feed it raw fish meat and it gave 7% of the bar so by doing the math it takes 15 raw fish meat to to make the Bar at 100% i also found a spino egg near my base how do i hatch it?

To kill it, just shoot it with a buncha arrows. Maybe even tranqs if you want to tame. Spinos can spawn on your island. Do this to save all your tames YOU WORKED SO HARD FOR, AND GAVE ALL LOVE AND RESPECT TO FEED, PET, AND LOVE THE ADORABLE ANIMALS.... Sorry... A little specific...

If you wanna tame the Spinosaurus, use these following steps:

DIFFICULTY- [6/10]

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:

1. A Crossbow and some tranq arrows (or) A Long Neck Rifle and tranquilizer darts.

2. 15-20 fence foundations (stone), 15-20 stone walls and 6 ramps (If you want to trap and tame)

3. Exceptional Kibble (or) Argentavis Kibble [Old ARK Mobile only], Raw prime fish meat (or) Raw fish meat.

TAMING:

METHOD NO. 1:

Clear out the area if you think anything could trouble you while taming it and if you have a quick mount (such as Gallimimus, Raptor etc), knock it out that way.

DIFFICULTY FOR METHOD 1- 9/10 [COMPLICATED CAUSE YOU'LL HAVE TO RUN AROUND WHEN THE TORPOR WILL INCREASE].

METHOD NO. 2;

If you have a tanky mount (such as Brontosaurus, Paraceratherium etc) it will ressist the damage while you're knocking it.

DIFFICULTY FOR METHOD 2- 6/10 [INTERMEDIATE CAUSE THE DINO WILL RESSIST THE DAMAGE WHILE KNOCKING IT OUT.]

METHOD NO. 3:

Build 10-12 stone pillars high and knock it out while it'll bite your pillars and it can't even reach you, but don't use pillars less than 10.

DIFFICULTY FOR METHOD 3-8/10 [ARDUOUS CAUSE WHEN THE TORPOR'S HIGH YOU'LL HAVE TO RUN AROUND].

METHOD NO. 4:

Build 15-20 stone fence foundations and stone walls of atleast 3-4 times higher and finally, the ramps, then lure the Spinosaurus into the the trap and knock it out.

DIFFICULTY FOR METHOD 4- 1/10 [EFFORTLESS CAUSE IT WON'T WANDER AROUND AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO RUN AROUND].

Facts:-

1. It's saddle unlocks on lvl 71 and needs the following resources above.

2. It has a Hydration buff when the Spinosaurus is in water which increases the damage and resistance.

3. It does have a Corrupted version in Extinction that is untameable.

Make a, large foundation are I think it's 10×12 if you were Rich or have many amber and then use 4 door frame each foundation on the side again if you rich,and then use ramp and that fence think I forgot and then just make the spino agro onto you,go inside the trap(you can use large bear trap if you wanted,once again,if you were rich) and then use any projectile that deal torpor knock the SPINO and then give it singular exilir or major shooting balm(if you rich again) and them feed it argy kibble and the materials were adobe-Tek (if you richer than melon musk)

Spinos don't have much torpidaty so make sure that you have a lot of narcotics ( depends on the level)

How I tamed a spino on mobile. Step one: get the bow that you get from the hunt dilo.step two: i risked it and didn't build a trap, nor did I get i a cliff, I risked it for the biscuit and got the bow and tranq arrows and knocked it out, and also I was on easy mode so it was no biggie

Dear person I don’t want to be mean yet spinos are stronger and it’s facts. On it’s hind legs it’s attack speed is faster and stronger than a Rex. On all fours it’s faster. And your facts are wrong I actually tested with a Rex and spino both level 1.-lava the dilo

Guys i dont know how but i found spino level 13 he falls in my trap i stun him gives him meat and he tames in 1 minute with basic raw meat LUL.

How to Tame: first get a saddle lvl 71 or tame for fun doesn’t matter second get a longneck lvl 35 and 150 tranq darts lvl 62 and narcotics lvl 6 third get a crossbow lvl 25 and a grappling hook lvl 47 fourth find a spino get on a ledge with your grapple then shoot it and keep shooting if it runs away follow it and keep shooting until it’s knocked out put your taming food in and bam💥 spino tamed😎😎😎 sorry if spelling is incorrect I’m Asian 😶😶
