Build yourself a taming pin, 5×5 floor, either use stone dino gate or wooden ramps for entry and use stone door frame or pillar built 3-4x tall, to ensure you don't get attack. Meanwhile taming it with a bow/cross with tranq arrow use their preferred taming food and always have Narcs to feed it.
More Spinosaurus Taming & KO Tips
A good way to get it unconscious without a flying dinosaur is by making 10 stone pillars, 10 wooden ladders then climbing up the pillars and shoot it with tranq darts or arrows, it can't break stone fast so ur safe. Pls don't use less than 10 pillars, I tried and I got pushed of the pillar and just died:( Sorry for my bad English. Hope this helped
Dont do what I did, ALWAYS BRING A LOTTA NARCOTICS. I was taming one and only had like 13 narcotics. To make a long story short, I woke up and I had to fly away on mt pteradon. Up if this helped

I was low level when I got mine (On single player too) it was always around the river I used for water and kept breaking my pipes. So I looked at a few guides and found an easy way to capture it. Just build a 3 x 3 of stone and build 3 stone door frames up on each side. On another build ramps going up to the top. Get the attention of the spino with your weapon (a bow will do) and run up the ramps, it might take a few tries but if it follows you slip through the door frame and it won’t be able to escape, then just knock it out with tranq arrows or darts. Another good way to tame a spino is to bring a lot narcotics, 20 exceptional kibble (To tame more if needed), and a flying tame that you can shoot off of(I use wyvs), I'm not sure how many tranq darts but bring 100 to 200, from there on you will be ready, I hope it works for you!

Trap the spino by making cage i don't know how to build it but see on youtube he it in the cage and then sleep and then tranq it it's food level will be 0
BRING A LOAD OF NARCOTICS. I cannot stress this enough. Their torpor drain rate is high and will go down very fast. I tamed a level ten and he took 150+ narcotics honestly you can't bring enough narcotics. Take as many narcotics as possible. Bring bio toxin only if you have access to it. Narcotics work great though!

Step 2: Scout the area for a spino (any level).
Step 3: Carry your tribe-mate to spino (keep your distance in the air)
Step 4: Have your friend tranq it.
Step 5: Use soothing balm/starve tame.
Easy tame, somehow.
