With my experience, in extinction and lost island, look in the arctic, gen 2 up on hills, and I only find them I fjordr on random hills - FangClaw

These guys can be found in the top left corner of the map in fjordur

You can find it in the snow, it can be found in a group of two (not sure if here can be more) sometimes the group gets split up

From my experience, the best place to get these animals is in the very snowy areas of fdjor

I kinda wish they can be found in one of the free dlc's, probably asking too much but ots one of the coolest mounts I've ever seen
