The best way to trap any Dino in the game is to build a trap. You will then want to lure it in. If you put a ladder on the back and a cat walk on top you will be able to shoot down on to it. Once that is done climb down into your put on kib and narcos build a chair and sit.once you have done tamed do not destroy your creation later in the game you will want more either for yourself or to trade/sell.

IF THERE ARE ANY TREES NEARBY AND IT'S LOW LEVEL TRAP IT AND USE EITHER A SLINGSHOT A CLUB OR EVEN YOUR FIST IF THERE ARE NO TREES NEARBY YOU HAVE TO BUILD STRUCTURES AROUND IT NO THE THING YOU GET FROM PALM TREES THAT ISN'T WOOD WILL NOT DO

If your gonna knock these guys out you need high ground,plenty of Trang arrows,narcotics,and raw prime meat.Because of this I now have four sarco’s

if your a man just hit its back. feed prime meat. ant titan dino. (bronto dilplo etc) or big carnivore or stego and etc give prime, EVEN its own kind. i named mien canibal 😊

All you need to do to tame these guys is make it follow you to a safe zone then keep punching it in the stomach, but stay out of its mouth way

(Point Of View) POV:you encounter a Sarco and it is after you. step 1: approach the back of it while sprinting. Step 2. Keep following its tail and punching it’s tail while sprinting so it doesn’t bite u, it might if you run outta stamina though. Step 3. Keep punching tail until it gets low and crawls away, don’t let it crawl away 😠. Step 4. Chase after it and keep attacking it until it falls unconscious ON LAND NOT IN WATER IF Unconscious in water it’ll die. Step 5. Once unconscious you must quickly gather ALOT of narcotic berries maybe like 20-30 and than kill many dodos/Oviraptor/Dilophosaurus/parasaur/Phiomia/Moschops/Compsthagnathus/Bugs/Fish/megalodon if u want/small creatures that you can kill easily (etc…). Step 6. You must wait for the taming process of Sarco consuming food. Step 7. Keep waiting… Step 8. Almost there! Step 9. Ok REALLY SOON i PROMISE :). Step 10. Ok now change to lowest lowest attack target, and for the name, name him Big Cheese if it’s a male. If it’s a female name her Cheese and if you make them have a baby than name the baby Smol’ Cheese/Small Cheese 🧀. Step 11. Wallah you now have Sarco pet to defend you and worship you! I was finding a male dire wolf for breeding and I was abused by sarco my club was broken and my equipment was in my argy but I tried to fight with it with my fist and I was shocked because I knocked it out with fist and then starve tame it. The player is king not the dinos

So my tip is to get a melee preferably a metal weapon and go to the tail walk in circles touching the tail and hit,hit,hit

I knocked one out with my own two hands

Just mated and got a level 140 can’t wait till it’s fully grown

How to tame

Step 1 Get a crossbow with tranq/toxicant arrows

Step 2 Shoot the Sarcosuchus (keep your distance)

Step 3 Feed it meat

Step 4 Saddle your new Sarcosuchus

Why are people saying just walk backwards and shoot it in the face with tranq arrows if you want to tame it.

Seems to get stuck on trees near the shore quite easily, so lure one to that spot, or simply find one stuck there already

Run around in circles and hit the tale whith club until knocked out easy low level tame

All it took was 5-6 Tranq arrows(I am a Mobile player level 43) and voila I have my own sarco(sadly the male was killed by raptors)

Those are absolute beast in ark, very easy to tame with bow and you get the saddle quickly. You even can go to top of vulcano with him or travel the island and if you get attacked you can defeat most other creatures or run away very fast through rivera

Make sure your mele is higher than average and pack norcotics instead of narcoberrys and wait till its hunger dropps below half before you fill it with raw prime or regular raw meat i have two
