So today I was playing ark and was flying near the river area with argy when I see this big boi attack a poor dodo ( or something else idk ) so I go in to save that dodo or whatever it was and I guess instead of saving it I accidentally killed what I was going to save -_- ok anyways moving on I land my argy somewhere far and try to take out sacro with my arrows when my argy like after landing walks in slow TOWARDS the sacro and stands right in front of it like why.....my bird is suicidal and yeah I killed the sacro.

I used fish meat, use a crossbow with tranq arrows and also the 10x soothing balm

Incredible swim speed and stamina regen makes the Sarco great for water combat and for taming slower fish like Megalodon

I tell you what, I actually have a line of these on pve official pc. I have been breeding these for a while now, solid colours as well. These things with a capped saddle, points only into melee destroy almost everything I’ve come across. Very underrated tames to have. Instant stam regen, turn and click attack, fast and don’t get dismounted by eels.

Try taming the beezlebufo. Frogs "3 tranq " to tame. and 14 tranq arrows. The toungue increase torpidity and your arrows stack fairly quickly remember once a creature trys to run its almost ready to pass out

Im a new player and I’m building a base on an island in a swamp, I have 2 of these on roaming defending the island and nothing can touch me

If you use there jump attack you can fit them through Dino gateways

When you are attacking the sarco, you will need to have tames because every time I fight a sarco I get it to 10 health and it kills me.

But luckily I had a dodo when I died so the dodo killed him.Hope this helps :)

While Sarco Is In Low Health Use Dodos to Kill IT WORKED

Faster than megalodon in ocean. Don't require stamina in water. Can kill megalodon if it have higher Meele DMG. Faster on land. Attack is average.

Do not try to tame these while in the water, they have enhanced speed and will easily kill you. Draw one to land and walk backwards whilst shooting tranq arrows at its head.

These guys are powerful at a high level i even managed to kill an alpha tusoteuthis with a level 260 Sarco i tamed him at lvl 180 but because of the taming bonus he got extra levels

They have a really slow bite animation so what you should do is chain attacks with them by spamming the other skills. You need to spam leaps, turn your cam around towards the dino and basic attack before continuing the cycle. Many called it trash because it attacks slow but in reality, it has to spam different attacks in order to be viable in battles. Really fast underwater aswell.

Love these guys more than the Meg. You can surface in water and will stay afloat, while at the same stand on your Sarco without being seated on the saddle (you won't jump off to the side when coming off of the saddle). So you can aim your weapon at any direction basically.

Creatures you need in ARK

Kaprosuchus- they drain stamina of any creature and they are good on both land and water

Sarcosuchus- They are good for land and water travel and unlike the Kaprosuchus they have decent carry weight

Deinonychus- they are stronger than you think

Guys the saddle is unlocked at lvl 35

If you want to kill a sarco, I have a great tip for it! (It will take a while but worth it in the end)

Step 1: tame at least 2-3 mid level Dilophosaurus’s

Step 2: tame 1 low-mid level Carbonemys

Step 3: shoot it with an arrow and have your tames attack it and shoot/stab it with a spear or bow.

After around 20-30 seconds it should be dead!

I tame this thing I wish I knew before I tamed it. Is it is hungry if you do get it down. Get a lot of meat and narcotics. He is a good animal in the water. Btw you can knock him out with a bow and narco arrows. Make sure to run around
