PLEASE HELP ME IM A BIG NOOB So just right now after I was taming my lvl 2 parasaur called patrick I noticed a dumb but horrifying sarco that I was really nervous to encounter and fight was near my base which is a literal thatch hut and ima gonna have to do something except the problem is I don’t want to sacrifice my Patrick do help me fight he only has 200 health and a,so I don’t know if my two Dilos are gonna survive the dilo names are Diana and diago,Thay have somewhere about 100.health except I don’t think that’s enough help plus I don’t think they have enough good melee attack so I’m very worried I do have full cloth and I have some weapons one more problem is I’m only lvl 8 soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo SAVE THE NUBS LIKE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE AND OF COURSE OTHER NUUUBS

Underrrated tame! Not as good on land but amazing in water,highly recommend you tame it as it doesn't take too long and if you keep your eyes out for megalodons,mosasaurus ect you'll be fine

Even if you can't kill them, you can still escape one of any level by running. Even if you have no points in movement speed. Unless you're right beside their face. Then they'll kill you by lunge attack

Once you get a bow and arrows these guys are real easy to kill

Use fish meat instead of regular meat it works better if you don’t believe me check

My sarco has served as an amazing Dino, has killed megs, rexes, allos, brontos, yuts, args, kents, and so many more, it may be slow but boy is it strong! Defo recommend for beginners and should last you all the way up to a pro! Easy tame

These guys are incredibly underated! You can easily tame one using bow and some tranq arrows or even the club since you can circle around them and they'll not be able to hit you plus they're good for early to mid game as a combat tame and the speed on this guy is unreal in water!

They get demolished by beavers (Castoroides) and piranhas flee when near these big chonky gators.

They are fast as frick in the water and kinda fast on land .I upgraded speed like 30 levels and he was like a living super submarine

Super easy tames. With my two sarcos, Ms.Fang and Sergeant, I’ve taken down several baroynxs (however it’s spelt) and raptors. Also super fast in water

these are actually mega useful even late game me and my friend had 3 follow us while we looked for sea games and they shredded most things even tusoteuthis! In the end they died to a alpha mosasaur…. but not until they had taken a third of its health. you can shoot off of them so they are super useful for taming

Easy tame trick, First get a bear trap (recommend 3 of them for good measure) next get fish meat or prime fish meat or kibble, then condition the area around the sarco, clear distractions like herbs etc. Then place the bear traps and lure the sarco to your location and after getting stuck shoot it with the weapon of choice and then feed it and POOF u got a sarcho, now get a deinosuchus. 😈

I used 100 meat and 50 narco berrys on my single player world lvl 10 on my pvp server I have 4 lvl 450s over all pretty eazy

Wow, this guy is so fast in the water it's crazy... I like to swim or use a slower mount and just have these guys protect me... Super fast... They even run fast on land if you sprint awhile

If you see one of these, NEVER, i mean NEVER go into water, it will end your life like the Pompeii volcano.

How to tame one at a low level.

Step one: get on a steep rock so the sarco can’t climb onto it.

Step two: shoot it with tranqs.

Step three: (I would recommend to get kibble First. trike kibble)feed it.

Congrats you’ve gotten yourself a sarco!

These are a living danger i was once walking on the edge of a swamp and I saw something in the water it looked like a crocodile? But it got out of the water and it said it was a sarco it snapped it’s jaws like two inches away from my face and I died but no need to worry I hadn’t even tamed a dodo yet or built a base so after that death I went out searching for a spinosaur to tame but I fell down a small waterfall and landed in a lake and there was a sarco in there it killed me before I got out of the water and a few lifes

Later I was going to my campfire to build a base and there was a sarco the end

It seems people keep getting kill notifications from dodos killing sarcos, I don’t know if it’s true or not but if it is

Use a dodo

I honestly think their saddles should be unlocked at lvl 25 or something around that lvl, I mean they are so easy to tame with raw fish and tranq arrows.
