Do not kill something in the water near a tamed sarco on aggression target, it will glitch the sarco to spin around in circles and will eventually pick you up and possibly crash your game. It’s cool though.

He killed my level 13 dodo now 2 level 23 brontos killed him

Hi I guess it’s time to post this. I’m Ember, AKA, the Sarco Master 🐊. I have been posting sense 2019. You will probably know me from my many posts on this and the Dragon page. I made the “All You Need To Know” series as well. IFF U KILLL A SARCO I SHALL KILL U!!!! Anyway reptiles are my fav especially aerials and semi aquatics. My fav tames are the iggy, spino, wyvern, and ofc the SARCO!!! I… umm.. tend to find a creature I like then tame 80000 of them…. Like the deinonychus incident…. So ya! Use the sarco for killing leeches. Leeches don't latch on to sarcos and does alot of damage if melee is leveled.

If you see one DO NOT go in the water they are super fast swimmers

Extremely fast in the water with practically no stamina consumption (it just needs to take a break for a second or two to recover stamina). Take care to not accidentally run into jellies. Lost quite a few sacro this way.

I got 4 Sarcos (one died, F for him) they're actually very easy to tame (in my opinion) you put them on a trap or simply attract them away from the water, then grab some narcotics as a precaution and use a rifle or a crossbow and grab some fish meat

I have a lvl 202 I got from taking a 145 believe me when I say they are criminally underrated. In the water they are crazy good, do suffer a little on land but if somethings attacking you from behind you can snap the Sarco around to quickly attack, no changing direction like other dinos. Upgrade their hp and attack and you'll have no trouble.

In the water you still have to be wary of jellyfish so in my opinion the Basilo is better

Good to tame it’s torpor drop is low so when taming one you can go off and find some explorer notes yea yea yea!!!

Tranq it and run, they are fast so try not going near water make sure you have meat or fish that can help tame a sarco, they spawn mostly in swamps but they can spawn at beaches, be careful of there death roll you could get stuck you could also just bring some dilo’s to take it on and shoot or hit it but just stay far away.

I think they should add another crocodile type creature to the game which is more like a tank, because the strongest crocodile is the Sarcosuchus and its base health is 400.

(I know theres the Deinosuchus but you need additions for that, I want something that is in vanilla).

People say these need so much tranqs and meat and time, they don’t

I knocked one out with my friend using a club then we just killed to coelacanth we fed it fish meat and we just waited for 3-5 minutes for a level 29

Have a Dino for bate and put it on passive (make shur it has like 20 points in heth so it dose not die ) and knock it out and feed it

This creature can occasionally dismount you off your tame. To combat this, stay away as much as possible. Do not engage in combat in water as the sarco is an excellent swimmer and can easily kill you and your tame in the water.

If you don’t wanna use tranquilizer arrows or don’t have any just go super close to the middle of its body to the point where your touching it and punch it to knock it out. When your in the middle of its body it spins around so you have to spin with it as well so it can’t hit you. That’s how I got my first one(he’s dead now😢😢) and every other one I’ve caught. Now you have one.

This giant puppy killed all my dodos, I had 50 of em. He killed my army. Then also killed my Parasaurs, 10 of them. THEN MY TICKLE CHICKEN TOO

If you are In the swamp or shallow ocean and see this I recommend useing a bow and flint arrows to kill sarcos and these can rarely spawn In shallow waters

Best way get a second player have him run through the swamp and find one get it to chase him and lead it back to you and just pelt it with tranq arrows and trust me if you have a high level Sarco and live near the beach it is a must

The Sarco has been one of my most useful tames- especially for early/mid-game. I have tamed countless Rexs, Allos and Carnos simply from firing tranqs atop one of these in a river. Of course, you need to find these carnivores by water for it to be effective, but when you do, you have yourself an easy tame provided you have enough tranqs.

I was in a swamp, ignoring the big danger sign, saying to myself, “ don’t worry” WORRY PEOPLE I WAS EATEN BY TWO SARCOS ANDA TITANOBOA!!!!!
