You can use a argi to pick up the saber and get a friend to tranq it out while you hold it in the air with the argi and you have a very easy tame

If you have one of these guys never let them near just hatched baby raptors my dad had 2 eggs and each egg had twins (pretty lucky) he was taking meat out of his Rex’s inventory and turns around to see all 4 baby raptors getting Killed by his sabortooth we had to reset the game a couple of times and every time his baby raptors were getting killed by the sabortooth just wanted to let you guys know.

mine only has 140% movement speed and it's lightning fast. The downer is that it's stamina runs out quickly like the direwolf

They are extremely easy to tame. If have high enough health then you can just let them hit you, but if you don't then bola them use a hunting rifle or cross bow

Land on a high rock then fire tranq arrows from the top then fly down and give it meat once it is unconscious.

They are really fast whem you sprint jump. But they harvest a sick abount of silc, hide, meat, so on end on

Can take more damage than the dire wolf due to the saddle armour buff.

If you breed and got the best stats infact they're equal with dire wolf even better because they can fit saddle n you don't have to craft a good Armor like direwolf again and again after u run each cave. One good ascendant enough saddle will be his best protector until the end. Also they're beautiful on colour mutation 😻

Grab and carry to a tall taming pen with an Argy. Make sure to have a tall ladder to stand on and shoot with tranq darts/arrows. Once knocked out, maybe have some narcotics on hand to keep them out while they eat raw meat

If you want to protect it and nock it out then bola it then put in cage and then club it or tranq arrows works. And try to get him near the penguins cause they give prime meat and there easy to kill

They didn't give a tlc to these guys, they just remastered the model design and animation

My tiger looks like the picture for it in Dododex but mine is lighter shades. It’s a kind of light black and light stripes. When I look at the sabertooth picture here I think of my sabertooth

Trust me don't do the saber tooth race mission on genises as its the least watched race on genises and the most boreing.

1. Never leave your saber anywhere in a mountain I made that mistake and lost my sabertooth

2. Make the saddle first I think it is 280 hide and about 300 fiber and 20 metal ingots

If you stumble upon a pack of sabertooths, make sure you have a movement speed of atleast 120%. If you do, run like heck away if you don't have any ranged weapons. If you have a range weapon and have atleast 130% speed, run on top of a rock and shoot the sabre. They die very quickly from any weapon since they have a weak health build.

I was flying near far’s peak when I spotted a decent 116. I quickly picked it up and flew back to my base, but it melted my argy’s health so it almost died, and when I finally dropped it into a 1 x 1 wooden trap, it stopped fighting. Lol why does it kill my Argueta but doesn’t try to escape? Weird saber, but then I knocked it with three dart headshots and 6 crossbow hits. I hope to use it’s 210% melee to beat the lower south cave!
