I went to try to tame a Titanosaur. So I hopped on my Griffin, Pevgays, and tried to ko with a rocket launcher and tranq darts. Well, I landed a ways away from the bahemoth but the next thing I knew, Pevgays was killed. I was devistated because he held the saddle and the item cache was nowhere to be found. I went back to fars peak and found a handsome griffin named Thébo'i. I laughed and I knew that was perfect. Well as I was taming it and I still am, my argie I used to get to the mountain, just died without any cause. At least I got Thébo'i as my unconscious friend.
I saw a lvl 450 and tamed it and it become 660. Then my hard work make it 735 it was so strong that giga was not able to fight. I was like god in my world but i get bored and delete game. Now I'm back after a year in this game i will not tame this guys early so that it dont get bor soon😅😅😅
Don’t try to tame a griffin without a trap me and my tribe mate tried and failed and by the way shoutout for anyone else who plays on top end survival anyways his name is Bradley.b.Jeff so if he sees this hi and u definitely need balms cause we tried and he had to kill it before it tamed we thought it was a glitch cause we tamed it 0.8 per food so we killed it thinking it was a glitch so don’t be like us bring balms anyways our base is south by the beavers it’s the big one with some thatch walls but mostly stone battlements so if ur in ny or Germany try to join the search is pve easy and this is player5150 by the way
i remember trying to tame while level 70. and it did not work because you NEED a trap for this chad. and whats worse is you need to be 85+, and thats just for a low level! i did’nt want to wait. it would take me awhile. i played that world for well WELL over a month. i didn’t want to wait anymore.
Several months ago, I tamed a low level griff called Lannugo. Soon after taming, the server’s admin came around and got lab to max lvl for me. Me and Lan tamed gigas, soared across the map, and grabbed loot everywhere we could. Then, recently, I was unclaiming an old quetz for my friend when ark bugged and made me unclaim poor lan instead. I re- tranqed and tried to tame her up, but when I left for a minute to get meat, she somehow died. Despite how important lan was to me on my time on the server, I was only triggered for a day.
Moral- don’t play ark on bad Wi-Fi.
Okay, now I know there are ways the game will go over the level limit for wild creatures, but...I went to tame one, I got 3 of those powerful electric rods, a bunch of tranks, and a mastercraft rifle, went to the griffin mountain area, the first griffin I throw a bola at and thoughtI missed(I didn't miss, the bola just didn't work, it took me way to long to figure out a normal bola doesn't work) then I pissed it off with a trank, it flew close, hit it with all three rods, it knocked out, as I'm taming it, I saw it was level 100, but when it was tamed, I realized I missed a zero when I saw its level the first time and I'm kinda thinking maybe I tamed a boss or something cause now I have a level 1000 male griffin in my base!
