How to tame a high level griffin with 10x balm

Items needed:

Sleeping bag

High damage flyer or dino (I prefer pteranodon)

10x balm (you can also use 15x for faster tame)

Refrigerator 5x or more

Electric generator

Electric cable

Electric junction box

Gasoline x100 at least

Stone dinosaur gateway 3x

Reinforced dinosaur gate 2x

A good knockout weapon ( longneck, crossbow or compound bow)

First, go to the top of the griffin mountain it is near carno island

Then, build a trap you can search it up on youtube “how to make a griffin trap” after making trap kill the sabertooths, pulmonoscorpius, allos and rexes nearby after that place the electric generator, electric cable and the electric junction box also place the refrigerators near then get on your high dmg flyer or dino and go to redwoods then kill paracers a lot of them make sure to put the raw prime meat in the refrigerator get a lot of prime meat after you have a lot trap the griffin then place the sleeping bag down and sleep. The griffins food will be zero then knock it out, put 10x or 15x balm, place the raw prime meat in its inventory then you have your griffin

Note: the taming effectiveness will be very low if you use raw prime meat.

If you plan on minimizing stamina usage, just hold something like a spyglass so it wont dive(diving consumes stamina like a ptera doing barrel rolls) when you look down.

If you are planning on breeding these guys be prepared because without god console it would take forever to get a single baby, it best if you have one male and mutliple females to get more chances of mutation, also be prepared to stare at a golden egg for more than an hour(unless you have a pheremone)

Tame two low levels first, make sure they have same surname, from there on start breeding to get griffin kibble and tame higher levels. Do not attempt to tame high levels with allosaurus kibble, the quantity could get out of control real quick

Im s lvl 51 and it is so hard to get all the resources they should make it easier to tame.

Though they're not as useful as an argentavis, they are the most fun to fly around with, like a very good upgrade from a pteranodon when it comes to going to point B to point B

In order to breed them they need to have the same last 2 or 3 letters on their name

1. Lvl 85 player or higher. player with lvl 85 can tame lvl 1-2 griffin

I did out the math for if you have a 15x balm for levels 1-450 for how much kibble it would take and how much time (using Allo kibble) You can buy a 15x balm in the amber store for 40 amber, and you can get amber by watching adds. If you use god conceal, then you can go 4x speed manually, that’s what the 3rd row is. I rounded up, so it might not be 100% accurate, so you might have some left over kibble.
