For breeding you need to have the last 2 letters the same so like ys or ‘i

Don’t try using arrows to knock this guy out cuz you’ll end up killing it accidentally unless you have perfectly timed intervals. Using darts are the much easier way and result in a much faster KO. Also, don’t forget to use a soothing balm and I recommend using Allo kibble cuz it’s much faster and doesn’t require as many narcotics.

Why does it say it’s easier to tame with prime fish meat in the food section

Place 4dino gates straight in a tunnel design and gates on both sides STONE GATES agro it and run inside go through the side and close the gate behind it then pump it with tranq darts run south cave for balm and use prime or Allo kibble

Starve it for quick tame

HOW TO TAME A GRIFFIN LEAST THAN 10 MINS

Step 1: trap the griffin but dont knock it

Step 2: use a sleeping bag or a bed to sleep

Step 3: You need atleast 110-150 prime if it a low level

Step 4: knock it out

Step 5: F E E D and B A L M

Extra: you can use eggs to hatch babies then K I L L for primes you get atleast 80-100 for a baby argy use sword to harvest. You need a air conditioner to hatch eggs tho

On mobile they spwan at griff mountain then find one and you don’t need a trap but it is recommended if you want to use a trap build 3 normal stone gateways and gates and line them up lure the griff in the trap and tranq it out but be careful because they have low health and you might accidentally kill it then once knocked out you need a soothing balm 10x allo kibble is recommended but if that’s not possible for you to get prime meat will work it will just take like 2 hours for a level 15 and 7 hours for a level 100 which sucks but it is what it is then wait for it and bring lots of bio toxin or narcotics like hundreds of it then wait and you got it

Is buying the god mode, $15, and buying about 50 amber (still a pain in the A) for the major soothing balm

I already had 30 smth and only needed the 15 amber, $ .99, and getting the major soothing balm

You need x45 amber for the major soothing balm

Dunno if its a glitch as god mode is new and all for single player, but if you lvl up a creature while its unconscious it will starve tame - the starve taming will take a hell of a long time but still majorly reduce the 7-16 hour taming process (using the soothing balm will reduce it to like 2 minutes)

If it stops starve taming, just keep leveling it up, this doesnt work with the soothing balm i dont think

Plus you get a high lvl griff when your done

DO NOT LEVEL UP WILD CREATURES BEFORE YOU KNOCK THEM OUT, YOU CANT KNOCK THEM OUT

This is the only way ive found that doesnt take over an hour, this actually takes maybe 1-5 minutes

I recommend this for people who are okay with using money for this stupidly addicting game, and for people who are not gonna waste like 20 hours out of their week

First of all get 2 as low as possible low lv breeding pair of these guys then get that griffin kibble then find a high lv griffin then trap it and if in sp then wait for night and sleep near it its hunger will 0 after u knock it our if it mp then knock it out and leave it and knock out again to drop its hunger and the when suitably done then use 10x balm and griffin kibble and u got a good high lv griffin! Thnk me later like so more people see this 😉

Omg if you set taming to 0.1 and you want to tame a lvl 9999 with raw prime fish meat you will need 53 years... Yea I don't think anyone would do that.

Arkmobile normal single player )I finally get to tame two low level of them.(lvl 20 for around 15(?) allokib and lvl 50 for 22 allokib both with soothing balm 10x)I use ascended longneck rifle get from tribute massive artifact,and it's only use 5 darts for level 20 and 6-7 darts for level 50(I would recommend overprepare and brought more of all this because I heard if you leave it when it's knock or taming(idk which one) it's gonna despawn,so yep I spent my days stay by it side knock it,sleep,eat,jogging,sleep,eat,knock,tame, jogging,narcotic/biotoxin sleep not leaving it xD.(I do starve tame technique)

-I use name change ticket,but I take the precaution by After I buy ticket and Before I change my name I save on different data slot.so if it failed I can restore back

-It's do failed at first when I starting shooting griffin and revert back to my old name so I restore and try again, this time I clear cache and do whatever cleaning(antivirus,ram,CPU) then after I change my name I manual save then tidy save,then manual save again and save on data slot.i tap restore and enter the game and spamming manual save every something I do xD like reloading gun I save.well it's works and my new name stay

I finally tamed my first Griffin in Ark Mobile it is a female and I love it it’s at level 3 when I tamed it and now it is at level 40 now. Wait for part 2

To earn its respect you must be level 85 or more, the other way is wearing a gold crown skin on your hat which can be purchased with 150 amber,for that method to work you must be level 40+. the final way is to have your character name’s ending same with the griffin and must be 40+, here are the surnames: (an)(‘i)(on)(go)(lot)(ys)(ric)(an)(gast)(ssa)(den)(ell)(na). You can tame a level 1 female griffin and get 3 eggs and do a griffin kibble then tame a higher level

A lot of people probably don’t know yet but, baby griffins won’t eat unless their mum or grandmother is nearby.

If you are attacked by a griffin with an argie, land and start attacking the griffin from the ground. The griffin won't be able to do very much damage to you and you can defeat the griffin pretty easily. Just watch out for raptors
