On interwebs serch “Rock golem trap ark captin fatdog” it worked so well got the best tame ever🤩

Fly a Petra so it is stopped just above its head, it wont hit you just look at the ptera.

Jump off, place a foundation facing it head on about 10 foundations away. place cannon and fire away.

It wont do anything other than stand still looking at the birdie hovering above its head while you hit it in the face with cannonball!

Easy peasy solo tame

Ok if you trying to tame a rock elemental then read it all it's the easiest way I know. Well I have made it for enough into the game where I had a rocket launcher and I saw a high level nocked it out and realized that when it ate one stone it only went up by .2% taming so in the moment I went of to find sulfur and the only place I was finding it was the ice wyvern den thing in a small cave but there's a ton of it and with a metal pick man you get a lot the rock element took around 150 sulfur to tame but I would grab more just in case

You can sleep it with your mek just 3 or 4 cannon shall and then u tamed golem without need any trap

You need two times more kibble as written down in die the app

Don't starve tame these. They seem to lose more levels. Even with kibble.

It’s pretty good for late game like throwing rocks at the manticore

Using meks to tame them is one of the easiest ways

They are beasts at soaking normal turrets but take more damage agenst tek turrets so be careful when planning to use one to soak when you raid someone. Also when you soak you can ether walk back wards or forwards with your elementals chin up to not get your survivor killed also they are really good at defending desert bases because they can blend in with the rocks in the area and ambush people trying to break into your base also if your on lost island the desert is a good place to build because not many people go there due to the heat and insects but if you find a good sheltered spot it’s a hard to find protectable base hope this helps this is A.L.N.A and see you in my next tip ;)

If u never tamed a golem before then you should bring like +10 cannon balls because its really scary when it still runs at you but you dont have ammo.

Rock elemental scan also be knocked out by a Rex Tec saddle

easiest way to tame is to make a double doorframe trap, then as soon as it does its spinning attack shoot just before it finishes with the cannon aimed where the head would be, and boom tamed!

Using a typical trap with metal Dino gates or a flyer to keep their attention if you have a stryder with a chest cannon you can shoot it with about 2.25X the amount of shots you would need for a regular cannon. For example if it’s 4 shot on a cannon you would need to shoot about 10 chest cannon shots from a stryder. I’ve tamed 3 using the same traps. Also the stryder will not damage your own tames or your structures. This is on pve in 303 PS4. Dododex can add the stryder as a taming method.

A Thylacoleo can easily cause bleed on a rock golem and kill it. Tame lvl 25. Leveled up to 70. Killed up to lvl 4 rock golems pretty easy with bleed effect.

If you have a paracer mount a cannon it does way more damage to X-elementals cuts cannon fire by 10%

Trust me you will want to make sure you are really prepared for taming this beast it will take a long time

Build a trap out of metal pillars about 5x5x3 (5 pillars wide, 5 pillars long and 3 pillars tall) with a ramp on one end and bring a platform saddled Paracer with a cannon ontop to fire from outside the trap. Simply lure the Elemental in and line up your Paracer so the turret is aiming at the Elemental’s head. Pump HP into Paracer incase the Elemental decides to chuck boulders at it, cannon might get a little damaged but not by much.

Tamed one on scorched(level 60) u might want to have industrial forge before taming it broke my 2 of my cannons and on the third one it knocked out. Fed it stone, realized my stupidity and gave it sulfur.Took 6 cannonballs.Would you think I was crazy if I told you I used stone gateways🤗
