How do I tame a rock elemental? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a rock elemental.
Here a easy way use mek with cannon and cannon shell
It seems you can not transfer them from Valguero. Please not be me and waste all these hours of work on your Main map beeing Stuck with this thing on valguero and not beeing able to transfer it.
:(
Tamed one on scorched(level 60) u might want to have industrial forge before taming it broke my 2 of my cannons and on the third one it knocked out. Fed it stone, realized my stupidity and gave it sulfur.Took 6 cannonballs.Would you think I was crazy if I told you I used stone gateways🤗
Rockets actually do knock out golems, you just have to be very careful and time your shots. 3/8/2022
You can kill this creature decently quick with a Tropical Wyvern! My stats where-
lvl- 228
health- 10,093.1
stamina- 1096.9
Weight- 669.3
Melee damage- 621.8
Movement speed- 101.0
Imprinting- 100
You simply need to hit it with the water multiple times land on a opposite side hit again then go to the other side. This strategy proved affective for me due to I got stamina quick and he couldn't hit me because I was to far away by the time he could I was ready to fight. In about 3-6 minutes I killed a lvl 20.
Lik §ō ppl know this strategy! (You can transfer the wyvern to other maps to kill golems also.
Build 5 stone gate frames snap them together at a 45 degree angle remove the middle one have some on a bird get aggro when it's in the trap and unload with cannon as long as bird is in the air it will just stand there for you to Ko. And it will not throw rocks at bird as long it is flying. Just don't hit bird with cannon.
When ever getting a rock elemental always use kibble, there is no point using anything else, it will take too much time to tame.
TRAPS ARE UNNECESSARY!!! If you have a friend fly above it and agro it on a pt/arge, it will stand there, as long as you are far enough away with the cannons.
Why is everyone saying cannons and cannon balls, It can be tamed with catapults, with better aiming than cannons...
You can use a stryder with a phase cannon to knock it out as well. A little harder to get accurate shots though, unless you have someone maintaining agro right in front of it.
You can kill these creatures quickly with a wyvern of any kind! I killed one with mine in 3-6 minutes. the way i did this was quickly use my breath when i run outa stam i land far-ish away so by the time he got near me i was up and ready! dunno if it works for other wyverns but my tropical wyvern did awsome in killing plenty of em for me!
I tamed one and let me tell you it’s harder than it looks
With 1x taming with stone it would almost a day
Around 15 45 north on map is a small rocky area at side of cliff with 2 spikes there are some ruins there which make the perfect tame pen for these. It is indestructible as a natural in game building and has an archway which stops the rock throw hitting you. Make a cannon placed on foundations and you can easily tame elemental here wall up the back side and it's a perfect safe place to tame. So easy to kite these guys all across map on an argent never get hit they are so slow and argent doesn't even need to sprint so never need stam. Such an amazing spot. Can easily hut the head with cannon at this spot have a box at side of cannon just fill up with cannon balls and go ham on taming those 150's
Is it possible to just walk backward with a rocket and avoid the thrown rocks to tame them???
Wooden sheild, metal shields, even riot shields. DEY R SOOOL USELFUL! Get like 20 wooden sheilds and 1 teammate or just make a guest account and use 2 controllers, sheild 2 block boulder throw and den it lines up for you cz of how de animation works
Knocking it out with a cannonball will result in lower taming efficiency.
Use 1 less cannonball and (lots of) boulders (catapult) to have a perfect tame.
No idea if TEK saddle blasts have the same problem.
Dino ID is if I remember correctly golem or rock golem. Do what you wish with this information.
Just use an slingshot and walk backwards
So don’t try it with a bronto...
