Mine won’t impregnate my rex i got it to 98 health and my Rex ate the pheromone but it just killed my Rex anyone know why?

If you want it fun, tame it the normal way. But i use the cheat, this is the cheat-> so first if you are on the ps5 you need to go on the menu on your controller then click the touch pad button and type Gmspawn "Rhynio_character_bp_c" and you will have a tamed Rhynio! But it might spawn a Male instead if a Female because the spawn is random. Plus im sorry if your on pc or something cause i dont know how to do this on it. this is optional bye.

I'm the madlad who hatched one of these bad Bois at lvl 47 here is my experience.

1-you need a tame with 5000 health and above a parcer is recommended(cuz your tame will start losing health).

2-you need a spy glass to see the rhynios health and gender.

3-you need a pteranodon so you can lure the rhynio in a safe area.

4-kill a male rhynio to get the pheromone and feed it to your 5000 health tame when the female rhynio is at 10% of it's health and then it will pregnate your tame.

5-get food for your tame (Incase the health is not enough) about 10000 batches of berries if your tame is a herbivore(a carnivore tame is not recommended).

And that is how to get a rhynio at low level.

My previous comment that mentioned this beachass creature being rare is deleted now and im here to tell you about my progress hating the hell out of this dragonflies. I've finally got myself a crazy-ass giga (mutated probably) and literally 1 shot these apes within seconds. This proves my hatred toward these swam-molesters are undeniable. I don't recommend any of yall who just started playing ark to come to the swamp (that place is dangerous AF even without these 🥷🏿ers roaming around and rapping nearby creatures in their range of sights)

They only come out as males so there is no way to breed them unfortunately

To tame:

•find egg

• put egg on big dino

• wait for the eggs to hatch

• you will lose the dino, but you will get a rhino.

witnessed one kill a tek quetzal and it killed my pteranodon while I was literally trying to evade the swamp, bottom 5 creatures, shouldn’t be on the island

TO KILL:First, get a good pump action shotgun. Next, go over to the one you want to kill. Be careful, though, these things can shoot sap bullets. If it’s a male, it will drop the pheromones to tame a rhyniognatha. Hope this helped!
