Is it normal that when I give an order on the whistle it does not respond to follow me or catch up with me? The rest of the commands from the whistle are responded to except for the follow-up. When I give her an order and I am far or near, she does not follow me. I checked everything, whether it is weight or something else, but it is no use. She does not follow me.
