Tranq darts are NOT Worth It. Way too much metal and gunpowder for something slightly better than a tranq or tox arrow

These guys are pretty slow so u don’t really need a trap for one unless it’s a dangerous area. So you can just bring tranqs and a little bit of movement speed.

1. Get acendent longneck rifle

2. Tranq darts

3. Hop on flyer

4. Fly to any mountain

5. Get off flyer when see one rex

6. Make sure area has no other carnivores

7. Start shooting rex with Tranq darts

8. Give taming food

A Rex is super easy to get!! Here's how: 1: knock out 2 dodos, one boy and one girl. Put berries in inventory until tamed. 2: put them in small spot and enable wandering. 3: wait until you see egg, then place egg and keep it warm. 4: when baby dodo hatches claim it. 5: name it A Rex. Use mutton over prime meat. It's more taming efficient and more consistent to find than prime. You can find the ovis sheep in Ragnarok (highlands area), Crystal Isles (around volcano and sometimes desert hills scrub areas), Gen 2 (everywhere in the northern upper half and middle of Eden), Lost Island (maewing grassland areas). Unless you see an alpha creature, it can be harder to find prime anyways.

Get a tape make a red follow you get giant stone wall and behemoth gate make him go inside use tape to mount the wall and shoot tranqs down the square stone wall is also great for breading giant creatures

Simple Tame Method on Mobile (No Traps, and No Tames)

Required: Grapple, Crossbow, Tranqs, and a Distraction (Wild Large Creature)

Method:

1. Divert Your Rex to Your distraction

2. While Distracted, Grapple onto the tail (as far back as you can)

3. Wait for it to kill distraction

4. Let it aggro

5. Get remarkably dizzy while tranqing

6. Enjoy your Rex

How to tame Rex

1 get 300 tranquilizers or more to knock it out.

2 get raw regular meat or raw premium meat to tame the Rex and also raw premium meat tames the Rex faster than raw regular meat.

3 the Rex will take about 1-2 hours to tame.

4 now in joy your new pet Rex and I hope that this tip helps you ✌🏻

Step 1 find a big rock

Step 2 find a rex

Step 3 have a Slingshot about 8,9

Step 4 you have about 250 rocks

Step 5 hit him he will run

Step 6 follow him by constantly hitting him by hands or Slingshot

2 ways to do this.

1. Use a pheromone dart on a bronto or make the Rex attack your passive bronto, then knock and surround it with spikes so nothing gets to it.

2.build a tower 10 stone pillars high, then shoot it.

Found one of these big boys while tryna tame an spino so I tamed it first so it doesn't kill the spino just get on top an cliff and tranq out reasons why it's easy to tame

1-its not the fastest creature yk u can just outrun it

2-i tamed one in 5 mins with some prime they tame fast

3-their torpor drops so slowly a lot of times no narcotics needed

4-u don't even need a trap a ton of times

Here’s a tip. When you unlock wood dino gateways and stuff grab 4 pickup a dodo lead it in while’s you trap it! I only recommend this for a low level as you probably don’t have tranquiliser arrows so get 10 slingshots and a dodo go collect stone and use it the dodo is for if the rex is dying or something then go get biotoxin from jellyfish(Cyhindra)! And then ……………………. BAM!
