These bad boys are east to tame! (Recommending a 130-145 or higher) The higher the level the stronger so it will be harder. Get four metal signposts and get a flyer to distract the Rex recommending an argy then you trap the Rex with the signposts in a square order. It doesn’t have to be perfect but make it accurate so it doesn't escape. Then get some tranqs and start knocking! Then get some prime and a feed it, after that get a saddle *you don’t have to* and name it! Now delete the signposts or if you have god console just say the command “forcetame” and there you go!

I recently tamed a lvl 167 tek rex and i suggest having 150 arrows (or more) if its above lvl 100 (you don’t beed to that many but always bring extra incase) for beginners 4 stone dino (not behemoth gates) or metal and place 3 like forming a square but leave one side open put a large bear trap in the middle and get the rex to go into the middle of the unfinished square and let it get stunned by the bear trap go to the other side where it was open and place the final gate there finishing the square( this is the easiest method) for beginners you can bring more gates or bear traps large if you want and also bring a fast tame if you don’t wanna risk it although you’ll probably be fine without a quick raptor or tame.

I have a rex level 440 it is damage is 1000 percentage that equal 764

If you wanted to tame one like this tame rex with 200 level and get a lysrto small mockups and it will give all dinos levels and level it is damage is is stronger than a giga!!!!!

Idk why people think that Rexes are so hard to tame. All you have to do is 1. Tranquilize It (Preferably with tranq darts or shocking tranq darts) 2. Once it’s unconscious give it raw prime meat or its preferred kibble. No narcotics needed (unless taming effectiveness is significantly reduced or if it’s high level)

All I do to tame max levels is just run around shooting it with trank arrows from my 225 dm crossbow.

I tame rexes by making a trap three stone dino gate ways lure it in with a flyer then place a fourth one in the back once it’s in then knock it out with your preferred method stuff it’s face with prime and boom you have a Rex this also works for spinos and other large carnivores

Rex's aren't as scary as they seem.simply get on top of a large rock and shoot it like 100 times and it will be out. Make sure to give prime meat for or mutton for better levels.

You do not need to tame it with a soothing balm just tame it with prime meat. It will be done in some minutes.

Ez to tame tamed mine recently you dont need to build traps you only need a stone for the rex your gonna tame then shot it in the head using crossbow and tranq arrows use prime meat and normal meat if you dont have enough force feed it narcotics or biotoxins to increase its torpidity up if you found this helpful.... -XxCooldude12349xX

My brother has tamed a lot of these beasts, he only keeps running around some rocks while shooting him tranq arrows and a few moments later he has a brand new tamed Rex;) if you want to tame this you don’t really need to mount a fast Dino, you just have to make sure that the rest of the place is secure

This creature should not scare you. When I started I was terrified. I was ready to knock one and feed it prime meat (I thought it only ate prime meat). It was very anticlimactic. I just knocked it while running around a rock and tamed it. My brother had 2 trikes as his first 2 tames but his 3rd was a rex.

Do not look away from a T.rex when your trying to tame it because when your offline in multiplayer servers it keeps going so my T.rex woke up and killed me

It can’t climb. Just get it stuck and go to town with tranq darts.

Ok I will say this I did die one time but I did not die the 2nd time:) I tamed one with a boomerang that’s all you need 🧐and I thought Rex’s were strong

If you are on mobile trap it sleep in sleeping bag then tranq it fast so it is hungry

Don’t bother making a trap, run on foot and tranq away or get on a fast creature that allows rider weaponary (baryonyx, thyla, etc) traps are only good to make sure it doesnt drown if near water

3x3 foundation, normal gates on each side except for one side, lure the Rex in, get it aggro against an Argie but don’t let it hit the Argie, then place last gate behind and done! Hope this helps.

Lure it in with hopes of food then wake it on the head with a club it will submit to you forever
