I tamed one on lvl28 I used a crossbow and some tranq arrows It is eazy If you até dar away and he is atacking domething

So first you must get prepared food primemeat kibble meats and the taming part so go on high lands get your Rex attentoin shoot it and shoot it more until she’s or he’s knocked out and and stuff food in its mouth and it get it’s saddle.

It's pretty easy to kite a T-Rex with a decently fast mount that allows you to use weapons and then tranq them out.

This is not a hard tame get highground and just tranq it out

The way I do it as I use a rock drake from aberration it’s Jump and glide can get me away quickly and the fact that I can shoot at the Rex while still on my mount work great. The invisibility of the Rock drake also allows me to get that crucial first shot without it bum rushing me

Everyone says how good the Rex is. And yeah. I'm gonna suck this guy off too. The Rex is basically ARK's right of passage of you want to defeat the bosses and get to the fancy Tek. If there was a tier list for ARK's creatures from S to F, I would have to make a God tier for it and some other dinos. However, I am gonna stop saying my praise there. Despite all the good in the Rex, I feel as if it is the most... generic of the apexes. It has a huge health pool, but the Giga's is larger. It is decently fast and does alot of damage, but the Spino does more damage, and is faster and more agile. The Rex has its pooplock roar, but the Yuty has its fear and courage roars. Now, this isn't me hating on the Rex. I love it as much as the next guy. But I feel as if it needs to step out of the spotlight for a bit to give others the chance to shine.

You need lots of trick arrows Kiki I heard of it stay very far away so it won’t seats yet but you can see it

Just sit in the water and shoot some tranqs away. No big fancy traps necessary

It’s way bigger than a rex and it spawns in abberation so rexs should spawn in abberation as an abberant rex

When you are a high level it’s pretty easy to kill. Gets a fly mount, pump melee (screw stamina find a place to land) and spam attack. But this makes it a stupid derp that can easily be killed. Not a formidable, fearsome carnivore. And it doesn’t feel like it’s real or good. :(

First get a cross bow go on a huge stone keep shooting it put spikes around it then give it meat then wait and BOOOOOOOM you tamed a rexy 🌚
