These are very dangerous,if you dont have the stuff to kill ortame,save it for later.

Killing:get a crossbow and attach a grappling hook to it,get any weapon that does high damage.Hook yourself on its back or leg by shooting your crossbow,then kill it to kingdom come

Taming:you should either trap one or kill and revive,start shooting it with crossbows with toxicant or tranq arrows,if not,use longneckriffles with shocking or normal tranq darts,there are also other options

You can knock him out even with tranq arrow and a good quality crossbow with atleast damage of 180% , you can tame a rex even if he has lost his 25 % health if he have lost more health than it would be riskly if using a crossbow but it will be ok if you are using long neck with a good damage , You guys dont need any narcotics for him just use prime meat ❤️

Trap it trap is simple stone but I prefer metal cuz i have a lot pillers one in the middle 2 clicks or whatever the snap points are away make another on all sides around and then add another on the end it'll walk through now add one up for the stair end and 2 for the wall end 13 pillers + like half a pillers metal in return now lore it in and shove poison darts up its a- wait will that removed this up it's gullet now let it starve while killing anything big and then put prime meat up its gullet also tatra you have your self a new sl- rex hehe

This is the worlds strongest Rex in the ark world

Bro, just get away from this menu, go and use 12 darts (shocking) and 8 meat. You can kill mammoths to get prime meat so it will bring super fast. Just get 12 biotoxins and 12 shocking

Taming one is easy just a use some tranquilizer darts and your good

Boss Rex

On offical server finally got rexes to 150k hp and 1.6k melee bosses here I come if I just do melee from egg i got 3k meele and 41k health will this do dragon

Do not use bow and arrow on this giant flight less chicken

Easy Way to tame one of these:

1) Insta Tame an Argy (get close to knockout drag a body so it eats and gets the healing effect this will drop its hunger so place whatever food you have for it and will be instant tame works on any level!)

2) Get that argy as a killing machine I recommend health n melee I use a 4.5k health one

3) Knockout Rex

4) While Rex is knocked out bring that argy around and kill whatever is near for prime meat I look for paracers

5) Tamed Rex

If your gonna tame a lol 300 Rex, get a quetzal and put storages on him, or else the man is just gonna star at you and wonder why you were shooting it after you run out of tranks. P.s. NEVER PUT UR ARGY ON FOLLOW

Alot of bad tips, just get 140 movement on your player. Get some flak, run turn shoot rinse repeat easy tame. I have a wild line of rexes hatching with 9k health 370 melee from just doing this

Super easy to kill and quite exiting to do! Killed my first pack at level 30 with 10 tames ( 3 parasaur, 4 di-lo and 2 level 30 moschops) Use around 5-9 spikes and have good tames. If you have enough spikes, the Rex will barely touch you. ( what’s it going to do, fair you to death, pick you up with it’s Stubby arms?)

If you have 8 or higher amount of Dilo you can maybe kill the Rex

I find most of my rexes in the redwoods. Typically there’s a lot of ledges around there, so just sit on a ledge and shoot the Rex with tranqs

I was my Trike called Sara and I was scouting for a raptor that a good level

the I heard a roar and then my Trike died. Always look around for signs of danger.

Stamina drain's horrendous

Do not use for long travel, or even medium travel honestly

Put some spike walls around your trap after you trap it. It’ll bite some unsuspecting herbivores that wander near and fight. Before you know it, it’s dead. Trust me, I have lost 4 high leveled rexes already.
