These things have a tendency to chase you and then forget about you. They have a short attention span. When you actually do manage to get one to chase you lease it towards a large bear trap. It’ll get stuck. When it does, place normal stone Dino gates around it to trap it. Then tranq and feed.

My brother has tamed a lot of these beasts, he only keeps running around some rocks while shooting him tranq arrows and a few moments later he has a brand new tamed Rex;) if you want to tame this you don’t really need to mount a fast Dino, you just have to make sure that the rest of the place is secure

yes they are strong but slower than a human with upgraded speed at least 155-160(mine is 174%) i just ran back and shoot tranqs and then ran and shoot again.It was near the artic,i was chased by a couple of raptors and sabertooths and one level 70 white rex,i didnt even falter cause i know i could outrun them.So yeah just do the normal tricks if u have enough speed

If you use the bear trap strategy which is if you lead it into a Dino gateway that is shaped in a triangle and with a bear trap in the middle (Large Beartrap) and when it is stuck you must put a dinogate behind it to trap it and then knock out. Why do people need taming pens? Just get on a cliff and shoot it with tranq arrows

Bring a friend on a Gallimimus, don't be too afraid, gallies are fast, then have your partner (s) on the back (and/or front) and shoot the thing like it killed your family

When I tamed a rex I just kited it do not use a trap unless your not as experienced as other people. But you do not need a trap the only thing you need is traqs and a flyer
