When breeding two max level rexes to have a super baby, DON'T EAT THE EGG!!!! I've done this twice on accident(meaning to drop it) and each time it takes me a couple seconds to register wtf I just did and then I have to wait to mate again. Sad day. Weekend ruined. Great way to start off the new year! Lol

A really funny thing you can do with alpha t-rexes is to get a rhynio, lure an alpha t rex to the beach, and get it to swim after you in the ocean. If it loses interest and becomes passive, then get close to it and dismount on your rhynio and it should start swimming after you again. Then when it gets too close you can fly some distance away, dismount, and it will start chasing you again. Do this a few dozen times and you can trick the alpha rex into swimming to herbivore island or any other crazy location since alphas can't drown.

You can also leave the alpha rex at sea then fly away from it until it disappears in your render distance and forget about it since it will never despawn, drown, or even move so you can go to it later to kill it.

Bonus tip: if you dismount on your rhynio, your rhynio will automatically start regenerating stamina in the air after 5 seconds.

Wild dinos ignore you while you are on it unless you attack them except if the dino is an allo, spino, rex, alpha rex, yuty, carcharo, giga, rhynio, or insect buffed megatherium which will attack on sight.

It makes no sense that it can’t damage stone in real life t.rexes bite force was 6 tons and it could crush bone.

Rex baby consumes meat at about 1 meat per 50 seconds. Each meat gives about 50 food, with a food drain of 1 food point per second. So.. 1 meat = 50 seconds of feed. 1 stack of meat is 1000 seconds/16 min. A stack of meat takes 12hrs to full spoil. So.. on 1x, at 6% maturity, a baby rex can be left to fend its own till juvi... this is even with a 2 hr safeguard to be very safe. Honestly... 5% would work also. Hope these statistics help!

The reason rexes have a tek saddle is that rexes are famous. Same with megalodons and all the other things that have tek saddles. But really, let's be honest, almost nobody has tek saddles. You have to complete a hard dungeon to get a blueprint, or pay big bucks! At least those are the two ways i know of. Im on mobile btw. Really, argy's and spino's should get tek saddles, (you can find more info on argy tek saddle idea in argy, somebody left a tip about it, it has lots of likes so it's at the top too.) Because they're REALLY useful tames to have, in my opinion. I actully on two of each. Im going to put this tip in argy, spino and rex, so you will see it there. Please ^ if you want argy's and spino's to get tek saddles!

The T.Rex should be able to break stone. I don't see why it can damage only wood and thatch (The same as a carnotaurus) but a chalicotherium Wich is smaller and weaker can break stone ( I don't know if it's only from the throw attack which could make sense).Ūp vōte if agree so devs can see aswell

My female Rex has 21000 HP and 800% damage. So should I get another Rex to breed?

Disclaimer: if you are on any other platform besides old mobile then ignore this tip.

On old mobile these things are neutral to all tames, meaning that if you try to lure a wild rex to a rando's base to be evil and they have all their tames set to passive, then that's not gonna do anything unless you manually aggro the rex onto you then tank each hit with your tame and the dude's tames in the rex's hitbox until something dies.

This also means that if a rex is near your base it won't be a huge problem until it is practically walking on your tames and your structures, in which you will have to kill it before it gets aggroed on you then starts attacking things in its way.

This also applies to gigas

However if you try this on any other platform including ark use you and your tame will get chomped up as wild rexes are aggressive to all tames.
