Here’s something cool on mobile. Once you get a Rex to run from you, you can go back to it later and it it sees you it will run again. How to tame one my way: get tranq arrows and just shoot it down. Or just use tranq darts. Shoot it, run, shoot run, FUN AF it like playing tag. REX DONT SWIM THEY SINK

Easy way to get rex arms. There is a field on ragnarok near viking bay. Watch out for thr micro raptors, but wait for the brontos to kill the rex(s). After this, go to the rex corpse and collect your trophies.

Take a tapejara and bring at least 15 tranq darts

I tried so hard to tame one of these but I failed so hard I felt like an absolute noob!!!!!

Rex taming tips, noob-pro.

Noob- Bring the rex to a cliff side using something faster than it such as a raptor or a flier, use a bow or crossbow with tranq arrows hitting headshots, fill with 100 raw meat and feed 50 narco berries every time toper hits 1/4.

Intermediate- Build a 2x2 stone trap with double doorways 2 high surrounding, add ramps to 2 of the 4 sides then your trap is done. Next use a raptor or argent with decent health to bring the rex into the trap, use tranq arrows with a crossbow or tranq darts and a long neck to toper the rex out, finally put 15 exceptional kibble, or 100 raw meat with 50 narcotic to tame.

Pro- Build a metal 2x2 out of foundations, surrounded them with two tall double doorways, have the rex follow your mount of choice into the trap, then tranq it using a long neck and darts, finally feed 6-20 exceptional kibble to it depending on level and it's yours!

I tamed one with only two kibble it was a level 100

On my server I found a max level (150) in the artic and it was a beauty. It had bright orange sides and a red spine thing on its back but I forgot to bring tranqs so i wrote down my coords and flew bavk on my argy as quick as possible. I come back with a stack of darts and i find his bodu beside like five frickin brontos. I kill them amd take a dermis of the rex i wish was mine...

Find one and lead to to a cliff where you can stand on top and safely shoot it. This is my method for all carnivores

Build a stone foundation with 3 normal stone walls and a door frame so you can enter after that build 4 stone door frames one level higher on your stone walls and place a roof on top the rex wont be able to hit you when inside and you can easily tame

All you need to tank a few hits from it you need chitin gear which is the third gear in the game

For killing use a shotgun

For taming use a crossbow

I’ve tamed 5 by building with wood structures (stone recommended) above their attack range, then spam tranq arrows at them, they run away when they’re about to be unconscious, so make sure to ditch the platform and chase them

Whats the big deal with the tek rex?

Just make a little box around you with 3 or 4 spikes and make a little hole so you can get out viola you now have a good dino killer

Wear flak armor so it can't hurt you then stick meat in it's butt after 25 minutes

Dododex is WRONG!! You can tame a Rex with regular meat, but it takes longer.

Kick it wit a horse... You'll be fine

Just take an argy with your friend, and be in its claws while you shoot tranq darts or arrows in its face.
