This very easy to tame just follow these steps

1 craft bolas you need about 3-5 because they usually spawn in packs

2 bola it and and hit with club/fist till it’s nocked out

3 give it meat and wait for it to tam if the torpor gets low feed it black berries

Bear Trap + Tranq Arrows = Sleepy Raptor

High Ground + Tranq Arrows = Sleepy Raptor

Just a heads up if you find a alpha raptor then be ready to use at least 200 tranquilizer darts.

If you roll up on a pack of raptors, you need bolas, tranq arrows, and a big nerve to go up against these things. A solo raptor can’t even make a trike bloody but a back of 4 and wipe 6 trikes. To tame them, bola all of them and knock out the lowest level first, then knock out the higher level, the smaller the pack the weaker. Then tame them up and they are stronger than what they once were

If u dont have a bola and just want to tame it, just find a rock and tranq it out from there

So. There is a quest in early game, where you need to kill four raptors. The raptors will probably be alone, making it easier to kill them.

However, what I decided to do halfway though the quest, is actually tame a raptor. Pure genius. Didn’t even have to look for it.

Cuddling means pressing a button, for ps4 its triangle and for xbox its (Y).

You can tame a pack of three raptors by using a tamed Carbonemys as a passive tank to soak up the damage and act as a distraction from their jumping attack.

just bring a high level trike and use it as bait and bola the raptor

How to tame a raptor. First we must prepare

-tranq arrows or club

-meat,prime,mutton

-naracotics or narcoberries

-saddle for the raptor

-bolas

Now the taming begins

-find a raptor

-bola him/her

-knock it out with bow,crossbow or club

-put meat in into its inventory

Wait and……. BOOM you have a raptor enjoy!

You can knock out a raptor by hitting it in the face with one or two tranq arrows you cannot take the alpha raptors but I had a pack of eleven raptors at level fifty and I killed the alpha raptor in seconds with no casualties and it gets you cool items and prime meat

So here's a tip to tame these!

1. Bring bolas!!! I recommend 5 to 8 (if you miss or there's a pack)

2. Bring narcotics! If you bring a good amount of narcotics you won't loose the raptor.

3. Make sure to also bring a sacrifice, if you bring a sacrifice the raptor or raptord will go after it! (I also recommend bringing a dino with high health!)

4. Remember to also bring meat! Any meat will do! ( except fish meat i think)

And done! You got your raptor!!!(I hope)

Hi everyone if you want get a raptor you need 2 or 3 bolas first you need to look for alone raptor get your bola ready and get it went you get him attack him but not in his head because he can attack you attack him from the back and but food on him and if a another raptor is coming to you throw him a bola and to the same thing. Like this I got my first raptor is color ping with blu

These things are super easy to knock out. Just keep punching the same one and it goes to sleep!

If you want to tame them let them run to you with your bola ready then throw them with it and knock it out with a bat

If you find a high high level raptor I have tips for you

First:throw a bola at it

Two:K.O. it(well you know with I mean)

Three:shove raw prime meat down its gullet( i would have a soothing balm if ur on Android/ios)

You definitely need torpo for this guy. Mine is like 160 and when he was at 34% he was already more than half way awake.

1. Find a raptor

2. Bola it

3. Get a club and hit it as much as you can (only if the raptor is a low lvl maybe under 50 at least, if over use some tranqs) (make sure your club is at full health)

4. It should be knocked out and then give it some meat.

TIP: When ever I tame raptors, once their unconscious I just give em meat and go on with my day cause later on once I’m back at my base I can just request it :D (for new players just press the button on your tames, but I think the request thing only works on mobile)
