Chapter 10-
Goldfeather's burial was a rushed affair, carried out by Bloodfeather and Goldfeather's family - Grey, Tawny and Forest. The old raptor had died of starvation, and her corpse looked thin and sad as it was lowered to her final resting place. Teal noticed Bronzefeather and Greyfeather growing thinner, dark circle under their eyes. She assumed the same changes were reflected in herself. The only one who hadn't suffered in the slightest from the effects of dehydration and hunger was Bloodfeather, the leader looking plump and sleek as always. Teal seethe internally at her father, but kept quiet, preserving whatever moisture she had left in her parched throat. Teal was going out hunting. She silently crept past Bronzefeather, who would want to go with her. She couldn't risk his safety as well. This was the last time she could hunt, she knew, before she would be too weak to catch any prey.
The hot sun beat relentlessly on the hard, dry ground. The cracked mud flats kept claiming Tealfeather claws, and she had to keep wrenching them out of the cracks in between the chunks of sun-beaten earth. She hadn't found any prey. The creatures here seemed smarter than the prey back home - there had been barely any prey and little to no water for days. Teal began to make her way to an obelisk - a towering black pille embellished with a bright coloured gen in its centre. This one was red, and cast a red-orange glow, tingeing the sky's natural blue hue.
Suddenly, Tealfeather's legs gave way. She collapsed on the hard ground, unable to muster the strength to get up. Her head was spinning, and she felt as if she might black out. *I must be dying,* she thought, but to part of her's dismay, she felt comfortable with that. The mountains in the distance began to drop away leaving a distortion. *Must be the heat,* Teal though, her thoughts muddling together. She shut her bloodshot eyes, and the world went dark.
Teeth Chapter 1 :3 Fear rippled across Athena’s scales and feathers. No No NO! She thought rapidly. My mother, dad and brother, all being eaten alive by a giga. This can’t be happening. Not today. This must be a dream. Right? She pulled a feather. OUCH! Not a dream. Athena found a cave to hide in. She curled up. It all happened because of me, she thought with a whimper. She was out hunting, she found prey and dragged it back to her family. Little did she know a full grown giga was hunting there. The beast followed her, and she was the only one to make it out alive. “Who are you?” A voice echoed across the cave, making Athena jump. “I’m Athena who are you?” The creature stepped out of the dark and Athena saw who he was. An Alpha Raptor! Part of the Mystical kingdom! An enemy! A rival! A low hiss escaped Athena’s throat. The only reason Alpha Raptors weren’t apart of the Claw kingdom was because they were blood thirsty monsters. They killed for fun! Not for food, for FUN. “I’m not like the others! I promise!” He held out a claw and Athena sniffed it: a polite ritual in the kingdoms to greet others. “So where did you come from?” He asked. “I ran from a giga as he killed my family.” Athena whispered. “Oh I see.” The Alpha Raptor looked distant. “Since your apart of the Claw Kingdom, you have more members in your pack.” “Iwill help you find them” “Why should I trust you?” Athena said. “Because..” He grinned. “I will kill your if you don’t.” “I’m a blood thirsty monster, aren’t I?” -Thx for reading! I’m temporarily living at my cousins house until my dad finds a play to
live. And of course I’ll still be able to hear from you all!
I just hope you all stay safe while living!

My chapter 3 and part 1 of life hazards isn’t showing!!! Why!? It’s only at -2 points! It should still be there! 😢🥺😭 I wonder why…🤔🤔🤔

I was at a cave with my Tek Raptor named Circuit and a Megalosaurus attacked us and it killed me Circuit killed it after BUT he got stuck in the ground and he I can't get him out :(
I don't have any other tames and I'm on single player and I can't get him out does anyone have any tips?
me and my cousin had been playing on the center, accumulated an army of like 6 (maybe 7?) dodos, had to backtrack from where we were heading cuz of a carno, but whilst backtracking, a level 145 male raptor (who us now friends with us) appears, it was sad but, i whistled the dodos on passive, lured the raptor to them, and once they were getting attacked, me and my cousin RAN.
bonus: afterwards we had gone on this emotional speech for like 10 minutes, saying how we were sorry to sacrifice those dodos.
(i was torn between putting this in dodos or in raptors, but i had decided to post this here as the raptors were.. i guess you could say a turning point in this tale).

I’m definitely loving how Jointed Mysteries is turning out! Plus can’t wait for the next chapter of Life Hazards. You’ve pretty much downed paragraphs, except for one thing which you don’t have to do but is used for most common novels.
When someone is talking, you need to make a new paragraph.
“For instance, if I started talking now, it would be a paragraph.” And then I’d keep talking, and you wouldn’t have to make another. But if someone else decided to talk?
“It would be another paragraph. Just to tell the readers a different person is talking.”
“And then another if someone else talks or if the first person replies.”
That’s literally it, hope it helps for when there’s a conversation with lots of characters in yur books.
Also, hope you read my fanfic if you ever get the chance! It’s pretty good and you miiiiiight like it.

To anyone who needs this tip, if you find an alpha raptor close to your base, move your important tames, once the alpha raptor is distracted by killing something else, swoop down on a pterodactyl and keep doing the air attacks, I’m not sure how my friend did it but she did and it was awesome (she killed a alpha raptor that was close to our base while I moved the tames to a different island)

Ok so story time ppl
I was around lvl 23 at the time and I thought it was abt time I got my self an ichthi (lol I can’t spell). I decided to take my fav raptor, Redwood, with me on this journey. When I finally found a good spot I got off of him and looked in the water - I saw one. So I turned around to get the kibble from my raptor’s inventory when I hear the battle music come on and I see 5 comphies attacking my raptor and I’m like “Oh, okay that’s fine”, but then he accedently hit a trike and thus agroed 4 other trikes and now I’m like “oH”. So there I was, chasing my raptor like a phyco while my raptor delt with 5 trikes and a few comphies. La end.
Don’t worry my raptor delt with them like a champ and barely took any damage.
PS: Don’t try this at home as ur raptor will get ripped to shreds by trikes. Bear in mind that Redwood is lvl 207. Thanks for reading!
So I was getting some keratin for the Pteradon saddle which needs 75 keratin I was on my Craptor (my raptors name) and I only needed to more keratin I also wanted to tame another raptor I found one. But then out of nowhere there came another two. I didn’t know they count pounce you of your mount, so the raptor pounced me of Craptor but I forgot that he was on PASSIVE he died but he will remain loyal and I will not forget him and I hope he won’t be forgotten. Thank you Craptor for your noble work
